on Wed April 2,2025 around 6pm I ordered 1 whole order of pork fried rice with extra green onion and white onions. This was my first time ordering from this location,but knowing that Rice house 1 food was always on point I never gave a second thought I would have issues with Rice House 2. We'll I was so disappointed after getting my order. the rice was so dark, meat was tough and I didn't get any extra of anything I asked for. 18 dollars and some change waisted.i was so disappointed. I waited until today April 3rd to call and speak maybe with the owner and share my experience and confirm if they were under the same ownership . I was told that the owners never come to the restaurant they are at the office. I forgot to get the younlady name but when I shared with her my disappointment she started they are training cooks and sometimes the rice isn't going to come out correctly and I should have brought the food back. I couldn't bring it back because my son brought it to me being under the weather and my son had left to go home. your person had a lot of excuses and all I wanted was for you all to her that the food was terrible and not make ot sound as thought was the problem. she started talking over me I just hung up. I was a loyal regular customer that will give my loyalty to another establishment that willing to listen .

The food and service were good, but I was completely shocked by what was considered a whole order of shrimp fried rice. It was nowhere near a full order.. every other place I’ve been to serves way more rice than what I received. When I asked about it, the staff didn’t have much to say. Let me show y’all what a REAL whole order of shrimp rice looks like with more than 6 shrimp… something that’s actually worth my money. I won’t be coming back. What y’all gave me was a half order at best but I’m paying whole order prices. Please get it together.

All the food was dry, chicken, duck and rice. Duck noodles were FULL of tiny bone pieces. This will be the first and last time we go here. 3 stars for service/ atmosphere, not much interaction really happened.

I ordered steamed veggies rice and it was clearly fried! Also the price was $12.00 for a box of rice with three pieces of broccoli, literally 5 strips of cabbage, and a handful of green peppers and onions. No other traditional Asian vegetables. The rice had absolutely no flavor and the broccoli was so hard, that I had to cook it again so I could eat it. This was not my first bad experience, but it will be my last!!!

I spent 35$ on duck and noodles and shrimp lo me in and the duck was burnt and the shrimp lo me in had all vegetables in the box and the angry bird was fried too hard . I’m upset 😡

Today at 5:14pm went to this location. The service here is terrible spoke to young lady upfront and she absolutely didn’t speak back. Tried a second time absolutely no reply. You will not get my money if you’re this rude. Rue is out and will never return.

The the egg foo yung was overcooked. The quality of the rice was poor!! Never going back to order anything from this place. They shorted my order had to go back a retrieve what left off my order. Do not recommend!!

Never will order from this location again! Wont have any until the main location open back up. Now the food was still good taste wise. The tofu was super large, fried rice from the main location already is plain fried, they smashed all of the plates and had all the sauce leaking out into the bag and on to our table as you see in the pic we started to wipe it up. Tofu was supposed to had been extra crispy and wasnt. Just smashed and messy. The other location would have never. Never expected the experience to be so different when its supposed to be the same. Uber eats delievered each time besides time we picked up on our own from the main location. Never again.. the presentation was so disrespectful!

I ordered steamed dumplings and they were ALL stuck together in a box and when I tried to pull them out they fell apart due to the stickiness. My Shrimp St Paul sandwich and ham fried rice was really good though. I would only come back for the sandwich and fried rice again.

I use to really enjoy the different selection of rice and it was amazing. However, yesterday my experience was not that great, order rice, wings and crab Rangoon and it was not good at all. Chicken so tough I could barely bite it. Rice and gravy tasted like soap. Not good at all is it under new management????
