Had a horrible experience there..had a pick up only to get there and wait 30 mins i iv placed the order 15 mins before comming only to get disrespected and get rude remarks and comments from the Manger neecee and she purposesly gave my order out late .. i was almost late for work.. the worker named neecee was very rude and arrogant..I will be reporting her Monday to corporate!

Ordered the Allstar breakfast with sausage, double hashbrowns with onions and gravy. Will never pay money to these guys again. See pictures. The pictures are definitely not the same! No onions, single overcooked egg, burned sausage. Waffle looked ok. Waited 45 minutes for this disappointment.

When you go out to eat you dont want to have to hear the staff yelling and cutting up loudly. We were brought the wrong food. They took it back and gave it to the correct people. This is after I mixed up the eggs and told them there is no cheese on them. We were given plastic to go silverware and everyone else has regular silverware. The had the silverware full so that Is not the reason for that issue. Was not given refills. I am so not going back here.
A little coldinside but otherwise excellent food and service.

Placed an online order, showed up 10 minutes after the time it said it would be ready because it was breakfast time so I figured it wouldn't be ready on time. The restaurant is a little less than half full, there were about 6 or 8 employees. I walked up to the register, and waited a few minutes before someone came up. She didn't say anything to me she just looked at me. So I said I have an online order pick up, gave my name. She still didn't say anything and walks away checks for my order (I think?) So I sit directly across the register waiting. I waited 45 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. To which another employee says, hey someone's online order has just been sitting here and puts it next to the register. The girl looks at it and still doesn't say anything. So I took it off the counter and left. All I ordered was 2 waffles. A few days previous my family of 3 tried to go to this location for dinner. It was 6:30pm. As the door opens the few employees there tell us to go only. There are plenty of waffle house to choose from. Be smart and don't choose this one.
