I I wanted to dine in, but they only except to go orders from 9 PM to 7 AM unfortunately. I was prepared to leave a nice tip. I was feeling generous. Their loss.

To-go only while I can visit the store, but ordering over their website didn't work. Also: they charge you 10% for getting it to go when it's the only option here from 11p-6a. Seems dishonest to not just have the prices raised online

I walk up at 5 am every morning an they tell me they are close clearly there people inside working.. they tell me come back around 7 when they open ridiculous I try get breakfast before work.. usually my place to go but instead at.charles waffle house will serve you at any time the day... This florissant location definitely don't like working

I've been to this location before and vowed not to come back but my spouse didn't want to drive to St Charles. I got the Sausage hashbrown bowl. I appreciate the portion size, but there was way too much hashbrowns and not enough meat. My spouse got the All Star meal and didn't like it. He said the eggs weren't seasoned and the grits were not good. The server was mid at best...he acted like he didn't want to be there. The highlight was the chocolate chip waffle...very good.

We had a very cheerful waitress she made the dining experience comfortable.
Obviously it's a managerial issue because for some reason they leave tables dirty so you won't stay and eat because of all the online ordering which is stupid. They are the worst location as of yet,under staffed for that location to be trying to serve dine in customers and take online ordering. I watched ten customers walk out because you couldn't be seated and the workers look at you like they don't see you. Shouldn't except online orders if you can't serve both

I got "Big Juicy" name on Name Tag" as a waitress. I ordered a small tomato juice. She served it in the can. Lazy. How can you add salt and pepper. When the meal came I asked for silverware. She threw me a plastic knife and fork in a pack. I asked her for silverware. She said it has to be cleaned. Another table asked for silverware and the same thing. I still did not have the tomato juice when the meal was served. I felt like I was in a Third World Country. If the supervisor overseeing this Waffle House doesn't look in on this location more often and make changes, I guarantee this Waffle House will meet the same fate as so many other restaurants in this area. CLOSED FOR GOOD!
