If I could give 0 starts, I would. Night shift employees are rude, ignores the customers waiting in front, and gets angry when you ring the bell. I am typing this as I'm waiting to try and even get my food and they're too busy playing around. The floor is also disgusting. Soda spilled on the floor.

Had a terrible experience at this Wendy's today! There was no line when I came up to the mic the lady said welcome to wendy's then asked the coworker if they were going on break and then disappeared. They came back after a moment and took my order.And seemed upset that I asked for my order to be fresh. All my request afterwards.She cut me off early and when I didn't answer In .3 seconds time if I wanted anything else, she gave me my total and said pull up. Then when I got to the window and needed a moment to find my card she said girlll with a sigh and closed the window. WONT BE BACK!

This location is a joke. I'm tired of lazy workers just standing around on their phones. The restaurant closed early yet I was able to place an order almost 50 minutes before it was supposed to close? Then when I show up, nobody on the mic and I have to drive up to the window in which the lady ignores me THE ENTIRE TIME. I then have to yell through the window about my order, she shakes her head at me and continues looking down, I assume on her phone, then I yell I had an app order, she turns says something and shakes her head then continues looking down. I then yell a third time with my phone up showing the order. I get the same response. I then yell yet AGAIN THROUGH THE CLOSED WINDOW asking for a refund with which I get another head shaking and she yells back angrily something about the app. I'm done, you guys just lost my money. They way you train your workers here is a joke. I normally forget about it because the food comes out tasting good (despite long wait times) but every time I order here it's like a playground inside. It's an embarrassing, joke. If my kitchen manager ran his kitchen like this place he wouldn't have a job any longer. Almost every restaurant in Florissant is like this, why would this place be any different? Just avoid it all together. The lady could have been respectful enough to just open the window and explain the situation instead of having a PAYING CUSTOMER yell through the window. I hate being a Karen because I work industry but if this was one of my servers, they'd be gone.

EDIT: Not even a response from the owners of this franchised location. Goes to show how they already know how it's ran and don't care. Pathetic. Do better quality control Wendy's.

Friday February 28th I got food poisoning from this location, I ordered spicy nuggets with ghost pepper ranch and a double stack burger, I don't know which item was the culprit but someone needs to check their products and ensure everything is being handled properly. I'm extremely hesitant to ever buy from Wendy's again given food poisoning is not something l'd ever wish upon anyone. Worst weekend of my life.

The food be amazing but tonight I had the worst experience ever I order my food and the person at the speaker thing sounded mean but i didn’t let it bother me I went up to the window she gave me the wrong food and forgot my food I got for my brother so I had to pay for it then I told the girl at the window you gave me the wrong food she said ok let me get your refund I said ok then the manger came up and gave me my card I was waiting for my other food but they said that is your food I order a number 3 I never got it then I said nvm the manger gone say right she had dreads and she was black

With only 4 cars ahead of me it shouldn't take 40 minutes for a chicken sandwich, that btw was not fresh at all. Wasted my entire lunch break

FIRST OFF JUST GO UP IN HERE, GO GET A DOOR DASH FROM HERE YOU'LL SEE WHY IT DESERVES 0 STARS!!! MULTIPLE TIMES I BEEN HERE FOR A DOORDASH AND NEVER SAID NOTHING AND A YOUNG GIRL,THE WHOLE STAFF WENT OFF ON AND THREATENED OUR DASHERS!!! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS MAJOR PROBLEM BEFORE SOMEONE GETS HURT OVER SOME NONSENSE!! I PLAN TO TAKE THIS INTO MY OWN HANDS SINCE NOONE SEEMS TO CARE!!!
