An order was placed through Door Dash (they are great no problem with them!) and confirmed BY Wendy's at 8:25pm. The Door Dash dri was there before 9. At 9:45, Wendy's cancelled the order!! With the absurd statement of the were unable to complete the order. Didn't even contact us before to see if a substitute would be ok.We won't be ordering from Wendy's again. 45 minutes to decide they couldn't complete the order? Not right.

My class stopped by Wendy’s for lunch after our field trip. We had 18 kids and 6 adults. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. My students ordered and only had to wait about 45 seconds to 1 minute and a half before they had their food and were seated eating. Please know that this was during the lunch rush too! It was absolutely wonderful and made my life as a teacher easier!Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair accessible! No issues coming into the building or finding a seat.

I am a doordasher and while I'm waiting on the customers order I hear the employees going off on each other calling each other names and then whenever I showed her my phone because I couldn't pronounce the name she didn't even want to look at my phone. This is definitely a toxic workplace

Long line at drive thru . Got 3 orders fir for our office. Get back to work and discovered my order of chili not there. Tried calling no answer. Went in on the way home. Explained what happened and showed the receipt. The woman was unfriendly finally gave me the cup of chili. Never said sorry or anything of an apology!! So rude!
