Stopped by today 12/5 about 7:20 pm in the drive thur….i was very patient with the worker until he got smart. So first of all I sat at the speaker for about 20mins very patient because I know they get busy so no big deal but I got upset when the male working got smart over the speaker. Not to hold up the line any longer when he came to take my order I told him what I needed for my kids them I told him what I wanted which had a code on the app so I let him know I had a code, he tells me next time you need to tell me the code before you order and I was like maybe you should asl the customer if they have a code before you take the order. So he was like naw you just need to tell me next time in a rude tone so I was like you know what I don’t want anything and he was like good I’m glad you don’t. So that pissed me off so I went on the inside to see who was on the speaker and to let the manger know how he was rude. So I got inside and see him and the manger I’m telling the manger or should I say the GM as he say he was but I dont believe he was the GM….. so I’m telling him what was going on and the guy that was on speaker still getting smart and talking back not one time did anyone apologize just was in defense mode…..So the manger saying we busy and short which I know cause they alway short but I had no problem with that it was the way the guy on the speaker was talking to me as a customer…..but I will be calling corp come Monday morning. They have horrible customer service
I arrived there for lunch after an Eye 👁️ Ctr exam and asked daughter who was the designated driver where she wanted lunch since I was buying and she saw Castle's sign so since I hadn't eaten there in over a year, we went there. She liked her meal but it definitely wasn't as good as I remembered 😕 & let's face it what their version of burger is, oniony bun with a sliver of meat like substance, but she didn't seem disappointed in her choice of where we should eat. I wasn't disappointed either cuz it was her idea to take day off to escort me for eye 👁️ exam. Place was clean , it was lunchtime but it wasn't that busy inside but vehicles were constantly moving through Drive-thru as we sat inside. Didn't take long to place our orders, and people working there were amiable. You do, well we did, have to ask for napkins and condiments & most likely because customers grab handfuls that they don't need . Their Fries left a lot to be desired. Imitation fish, didn't please my palate. Free refills on soda. So I enjoyed my day 😊 there at The Castle because I was blessed to sit there and break bread with my Princess. So I had a blessed day.

Okay so for one I’m trying to Oder my food it’s takes this gentleman 20 minutes to get to me , he keeps taking over me , and my burgers looked like he spat in my food

Came here with a coupon 5/5 free, original sliders. Meaning no cheese. 10 minutes later, 10 sliders with cheese.
Sent back 10minutes later original sliders no pickle. But it was a nice surprise to taste pickle juice. Do not go here.

Waited at POS for over 5 minutes while watching workers not work. For a gentleman to come in and they take his order almost immediately. As if I hadn't been waiting. I walked out.

Only one person ahead of me in the drive through at 603pm. Finally got to the order speaker at 618pm, and left with my food at 628pm. It should not that 25 minutes to serve 2 customers.

My husband first time trying the breakfast and he was so impressed! Better than IHOP he said! Fresh eggs, hot and we love their coffee. They had it decorated for Valentines Day and that made it special. We told the manager of our experience. From now on it's the place for us for breakfast. 😉

The service at White Castle has declined so much. It’s just so surprising having to wait five minutes or more just for your order to be taken when there are maybe two other cars in lines and drive-through is ridiculous. When I worked for White Castle there was absolutely no way we could’ve gotten away with this. I worked at White Castle some years ago, but they have changed their standard, I also blame the people in this country for some who just do not want to admit that they’re lazy work ethics so I guess this is what we get nowadays poor service

The chocolate shake taste like chemicals, fish was cold and the cooking oil was old in the fry fryer, 30 minute wait on a mobile order, had it all remade and Fry's were still dark so Didn't eat them, or the shake. Bad night I guess.

Workers didn't want to be there service was terrible didn't feel like a good valentine night like we had heard about from other peoples post when this first started
There was no one confirming reservations, so anyone was able to sit down. Waited for someone to check us in, she asked, then walked away. Another finally seated us. “Waiter” came over, took our order writing it down on a menu (no big deal right) well after about 10 min , came back and asked if we got our drinks yet? That's a no by not having them on our table, so left again. Came back and asked again what our drink order was. Finally after 15 min we got our drinks even though others got theirs before us that came in after. Meal arrived (10 sack and chicken ring deal only) forgot our other chicken and onion rings. We figured they were coming shortly, then he asked are you ready to pay? Hell we didn't even get the first sandwich down yet...reminded him of the missing order and went back. Well they “lost” the menu that he wrote it down on was the excuse. If so how did you get 2/3s of the order? Anyway time went by and my wife finally had to go up and ask for them. “Never dropped the order” she was told. We have been going to this event since my daughter was very young, she's 24 now, but will not go back to this location again. Minimal decorations, no photo board hanging at all. We have been to others around the 601158 and were memorable, what happened here that night, shouldn't happen next year.... Hate to be that guy but all this at one time was insane. Thank you for helping put this on for White Castle. Will keep going, but not to this establishment.
