No one at this location deserves a job. I waited over 45 mins for a basket of fries. When I asked what was taking so long I was ignored. When I asked for my money back they magically brought me my fries. They are all brain dead and useless. They can't cook, answer the phone, take an order or provide service. The person in charge of this store is obviously remedial at best if these are the people that are being hired.

I wouldn't pick this place to dine in. But I carry out here a few times a month. I love their dry rub wings the best! Louisiana and Hot Honey. Yum!

Ordered a 30 pk of boneless wings and voodoo fries through uber eats. Food arrived burnt and the boneless wings were cold. I had to get up and go to the actual location to get better fries.
The manager (on Wednesday, February 12th at 3:50pm) told me that he couldn’t do anything. This staff knowingly burnt my food and sent it out anyway but can’t replace them because I ordered through uber eats??
I expressed to him my confusion when another person came from the back with the biggest eyelashes possible and told me she can remake them. After being remade they were still burnt, so I knew I wouldn’t get what I paid for so I just left.
This location is trash it’s dirty in the inside and the people are very dismissive when the customers are the #1 reason they have jobs smh disappointed and out of $60 cold chicken and burnt fries thanks wing stop. This place is too expensive for the bs

Placed an online order 20 wings and 2pc tenders get to the store and they completely forgot my order of wings, causing me to have to wait additional time. I spent over an hr waiting for some food I ordered online. Absolutely unexceptional
This is my first review, and I'm kinda mixed about it. I'm pretty sure I got some type of food poisoning, because I was feeling sick ALL day. After I ate it, I feel queasy and had a stomach ache. After about 4 hours of agony, I threw it ALL up. The food was good in the moment, but damn I regret it 😮💨

This is the 3rd time I've ordered online from this place and received my food in disarray order wrong. I ordered a game combo clearly comes with 2 drinks I redirected the order with one incorrect drink that was not sealed and looked drunken or of. The fries are so seasoned they were inedible. Horrible service would not advised!!!!!

The food is good but orders take forever 80% of the time. Their beverage machine was working this time but ice was broken. If you order through DoorDash expect a long wait. They have a hard time keeping up with orders between walk-ins, online, and delivery services. Especially on weekends.

I'm sharing my post because usually people only post a review when the service is horrible. So I'm making sure I take the time to write a good review. It's New Years eve. And it's extremely busy. Everyone is getting impatient. I appreciate the hard work of the staff tonight. If you want wing stop it is NOT fast food. They cook your food TO order. So u have to wait. CHICKEN TAKES AT LEAST 12 TO 20MIN TO COOK. Actually my order was up faster than I expected. I have never had a bad experience here for a couple of years now since they have new managers and staff. Thanks for the hard work employees and keep it up! 💯 Everyone was working hard to get the orders out!!! And my food was fresh. Also just remember guys most of them are young and most of them, this is their first job and they may only know the one position they are working, so just be patient. I have worked at restaurants before so i get it. This is a very busy location at night. I know grown adults would walk out on this job if they worked here one night. I have noticed if I give respect and positivity out I usually receive it back from the employees working. If I am at work and all I receive is rude and disrespectful customers,
that usually effects me evenually. FYI, it's usually not as busy before 6 or 7pm after 7ish till midnight you are going to wait because it's extremely busy almost every night. From a lot of ordering. So if you want to have a min. Wait I suggest that. Lol.

I've had a couple of experiences at this location, and unfortunately, both times my order hasn't been correct. I appreciate the staff's effort and hope to see improvements in getting orders right in the future.

I went here 2 day before someone is sugest me but when i reached at the Restaurant. I ordered food overhere she said that wait only 10-15 minutes but she gave me food after 2 hours. Its first time in my life too much bad experience. She is not doing anything. She did not have any order. She just go inside and outside.

I ordered through door dash and my food was cold, my drinks were literally hot. I’m definitely super annoyed and disappointed. The delivery was also late as well
WORSE WINGSTOP EVER!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. MADE A BIG MISTAKE!!!!!! HORRIBLE RUDE DISRESPECTFUL STAFF, WONT TAKE DIRECTIONS OR LISTEN WHEN TAKING THE ORDER HAD COLD FRIES, OVER COOKED CHICKEN. WAS POORLY MADE, TOOK OVER 2 HOURS FOR MY ORDER TO GET DONE!!! THEN WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY HAD ATTITUDES, TALKED DISRESPECTFUL AND WOULDNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT MY REFUND OR MY ORDER. THEY NEED TO CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN BEFORE THEY GET SUED. I WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS!!!NEVER EAT HERE.
