Went inside to pick up a carry out order and was the only person in line, was ignored for 5 minutes and when I was acknowledged I told them the order and was told it wasn’t ready in a snarky tone. Walked back outside to the car to wait. Went back inside and the cashier was rude a second time. Horrible customer service will not be back to this location.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!!!! If I could rate lower I would!!!! I ordered from 8222 N Lindbergh location, waited 2 hours never received my food only for them to tell me they never got my order then tell me that the order had been sitting there for 2 hours when 6 dasher came to retrieve it and still have yet to get a refund!!!!! This is unacceptable. I REPEAT DO NOT EAT HERE!

Amazing experience at this store today. They crushed it on accuracy and freshness. Only waited like 10 minutes which is more than reasonable. And on my way out I forgot a bag and one of the nicest employees ever ran out to my car to make sure I didn’t forget it. Amazing service will be back soon.

I had delivery. 30 wings, an order of fries. I got 2 orders of fries, 2 boxes of ranch. When we called.. ultimate attitude! We just wanted to go pick up our wings. Major attitude, no manager on site. We will talk to the manager tomorrow. Poor customer service.

I ordered a Cajun chicken sandwich. They gave me a dry rub instead of the wet sauce. I called and the manager had me send her a picture and I told her they even gave me a dry rub cup. The manager hung up in my face and didn’t find a solution. This is unacceptable.

I placed an order for pickup just the other day on the 10th for pickup. I ordered a combo as well as an order or the corn for my friend and I. I pick the order up and not thinking because with this place you always should check your order. They messed up yet again. It’s usually something that’s gonna be missing. Sauce is either gonna be missing or wrong. This day was worse. They were missing my fries from my combo. They only had my wings and my corn. I called immediately but because my friend was almost to my house and I was in now, I didn’t / couldn’t come back out. I was told there would be a credit on my account for $15.99. Today I went back after a long day of working two jobs and not wanting to cook. I started to place my order and made them aware of the credit. She looked in the system and there was no credit!!!
I’m over it. Never again Wing Stop! You’ve messed up and lied for the last time with me! I will no longer put myself through it with you all. The young people at the register just didn’t care at all. No I’m sorry. No let me speak to my manager. Nothing. Service just sucks there. You know what… Shame on me for continuing to go back when I KNOW they have bad business! Shame on me for expecting better!
All the parking spots in front of restaurant were blocked off? Rude customer service. Tiny dry burnt wings sitting on top of thick layer of solid yellow grease. Soda fountain was shooting out seltzer water even for lemonade. Waste of money.
