I’m gonna have to send one of my Cousins there to buy me some products and send them to me cause I don’t want to wait too long to get them shipped.

This is not a review. Hence the neutral stars... but im Kinda stuck. Imma trucker so i don't have a physical address. I called today and was told I could come pick up the very much needed bitters since im in town. I wait 20 mins outside for the guy to say they're out. Ill try again when im in town.. but who's to say this won't happen again... I would love to support but how when I can't come in store to pick up. Don't need consultation, just wanna detox... imma end up leaving the country if i can't get this. I hope it doesn't come to that. Would love to support my people in what they do, and plus, im into it as well.. like I said, I drive for a living so no physically address. Please help or respond to my email 🙏🏾 thx.

Can't use them because I can't get ahold of anybody. The phone doesn't go anywhere. It's a bunch of prompts to tell you how to do this or how to do that. It's very new age when this type of medicine is very old age. I'm looking for the kind of person that's willing to go 1 on 1 on the phone with me to figure out exactly what I'm looking for. Instead, I got a computer robot very disappointed.Don't think I'll be shopping here unless somebody reaches out to me.!

What good is it to encourage people to do better by giving them piecemeal information and almost zero availability for answers and support?!

Dr. Yahki is passionate about what he is sharing with the community. You can tell he has a deep breadth of knowledge of what he's speaking on. If you can get in, he can help you, but just be warned and expect terrible follow up or communication, clarity, and reasonable prices.

They ignore calls and emails. Someone actually said during the seminar I attended that they don't answer if they don't have availability. They are only open 4 days a week! Heaven help you if you have questions about a product you've purchased from them. Their products and services are very heftily (or greedily) priced. $70 for a 2 oz bottle of tincture or herbs is a bit much. The only plus is that Yahki will tell you herbs you can obtain on your own. That's helpful, but not if I want something only he offers AND to support his business. It would help if the pricing was more reasonable or we at least got solid service and support in exchange.

If you sign up as a patient, you can send a chat. But there is a disclaimer that states that they have a two day response time on average. That's not chat, that might as well be email. I waited 3 days and went back..... chat feature no longer available. Someone may have disabled it for my account. I don't know, but I never got an answer.

I was reluctant to make this review as I didn't want to tear his name down but I have felt exhausted with the nonexistent service I've struggled through for months! If the company is charging $1500 for a consultation and $300-500 per service that will likely be suggested (in fairness, we're poisoned on so many levels and not educated to detox regularly so you probably need most services. But that price for most people traveling out of town to be helped is a bit much on top of everything else), plus an additional $70 or more for any of their herbs (let's not talk about the Geogenetics package which starts at $1k) , most people would expect real customer service and helpful answers.

I ordered the Geo'Genetics Level 2 on Oct 26th 2023. It's been over a year with no delivery, and no reply after many phone calls after Bro Bernard said to call back, 4 messages through my online portal, and 5 messages through email, with the last statement in the email stating "We will make sure you receive your order."

I almost gave up on this, but this isn't right - and I'm hoping you rectify my order, or worst case - people can learn from my experience.
