Don't know if it is the restaurant or the Uber delivery service, but they will charge your card and not deliver. Crooks somewhere.
They did it again. Turns out that the problem is Uber, not the restaurant. The restaurant needs to contract with a new delivery service or hire their own delivery personnel.

Pretty sure the egg rolls was old and I asked for extra duck sauce got 1 packet and then extra sauce on my bourbon chicken that wasn't asked for the rice that came with the order was disgusting.

I asked for extra Duck sauce and they gave me one packet of it and filled my bourbon chicken sauce all the way to the top to the point I spilled it on top of that the chicken was dry and tasteless

I stopped going here because the food is always cold and nasty taste like they warmed it up after sitting around for a few days makes me feel sick thinking about it 🤢

Not trying to be that person, but I just want to say that if they're gonna have a restaurant, it needs to be open when they say it's gonna be open. Their employees shouldn't wait till 10 o'clock to leave to work and it has to be open at 11 they should have been there at 10 prepping. Other than that, I say they got pretty decent food ,but very poor service

Best entrees in the area and even parts of Springfield coming from a Springfield style chicken lover. My husband and I have had many items on the menu which have all been really good. Prices are excellent for the amount of food you receive. Wish the inside was open again but that doesn't stop us! Love the fact that you can opt for another egg roll or crab rangoon rather than a drink. The guy at the window (curly hair) was a true vibe with positive energy when taking our order and talked with us while we waited. That added to the experience!
