Food at John's frosted mug is a mixture of a good country, café and bar food plus some pretty good steaks off also. With their appetizers hubs and I prefer fried mushrooms and have been trying to find some that were decent since Country Bob's closed and we have found good ones at the frosted mug. They have specials most every night in the specials are very delicious. My husband and I can walk in with only $40 between us and we can order our suppers and still have money left over....read full review
Great food, a little smoky but it is a bar. Friday's beer battered perch is probably the best in the area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth stopping in if you can stand the smoke.
