Friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. They took the time to explain options, make recommendations, and you could tell they genuinely enjoyed creating a great experience. They were so sweet and welcoming to our pups, and the dogs were living their best life getting to snack on a few French fries while we enjoyed dinner. 🐾🍟 My husband and I split the crab boil, and it was absolutely delicious! “Staff at the landing is awful! Waited 15 minutes and had to ask the bussing staff if they could find a waitress to take our drink order! The waitress that showed up said she didn't know where our waiter was so she would take it, but then laughed very unprofessionally. She had just been skipping around with a friend, laughing, and nothing to, moments before! Been here several times over the years and it's just gone downhill with staying and professionalism! I'll take my business somewhere else! The pizza is good, but I prefer a better atmosphere and service! I tip well too, but not tonight!!!! The waitress prefers to flirt with the boys instead of working too!“

My friend and I were in town just for the weekend and thought we’d stop by to try Buffalo Bar. I’d been wanting to try it for a few years now but it just never worked out. So my fault going as a walk-in and not having a reservation. Make sure you make a reservation if you want to eat here!

We walked in around 7:20 and had no issues waiting since we didn’t make a reservation. My issue is that we were given a severely underestimated wait time. We were told we should be seated in 10 minutes, no more than 20 minutes maximum. At 25 minutes, I asked the hostess to check our time, she said 5 minutes. 20 minutes later, we were finally seated. But there was definitely confusion happening at the hostess stand and you could tell service just wasn’t going well that evening on multiple points. My issue isn’t waiting 50 minutes with no reservation, my issue is being told 10 minutes.

There was also confusion on who our server was so no one greeted us at the table or poured water. At 12 minutes, I got up to ask the hostess who our server was, there was a lot of confusion there. When we did get a server, she was incredibly pleasant and helpful (Rachelle). She did a great job and was doing her best not to let the night’s service show to the guest.

We ordered the lobster bisque, it was fantastic, and the burrata salad. The salad was very tasty, however it came with shaved red onions which was not in the menu description. I’m reactive to raw onions so I would’ve ordered it without them had it been on the menu description. We both ordered the fried chicken, it was moist and the seasoning in the batter was very tasty. The gravy with the mashed potatoes was a little sweet for my taste but good. They could spare a little bigger serving of mashed potatoes though, especially for the price.

We didn’t order dessert because at this point it was 9:30 and we just wanted to get back to our resort and relax. The scenery was beautiful, that’s what you’re paying for. There was a bagpiper at sunset (Amazing Grace doesn’t need played everywhere), and a piano player inside who was very nice to listen to. The chairs are comfortable if you’re wanting to hang out for drinks but as a short person, you sink into them and lay back like it’s naptime, so it’s somewhat challenging to eat in them.

Overall, I would possibly go back knowing to make a reservation and that the wait staff was very obviously struggling for many reasons that evening. Our server was great, the food tasted good. Just a little overpriced with a smaller portion.“

“A few nights ago, we went to Cantina Laredo with some friends that were here from Arizona. I was really nervous about dining out, because I have Alpha Gal and I’m allergic to dairy, eggs and gluten. Our server was very kind, patient, knowledgeable and very accommodating. She spoke with their kitchen staff and made them aware of my allergy issues and they took great care of me. I had guacamole and chips for an appetizer, then chicken fajitas with corn tortillas, and a side of black beans. My food was absolutely delicious! If you have food allergies, I would highly recommend Cantina Laredo at the Branson Landing.“

“The food was great, good chips and salsa, the buffalo chicken sandwich was to die for, the ranch it comes with goes so well, its crispy and just the right amount of spice to sting but not have a bad time. And the fries are top notch if not a little dry.

The service there was probably the best I've seen the waitress was nice and was on her A-Game with refills we didn't have to wait long for the food either.

The booths were nice with plenty of leg room. Overall 4.7 stars.“
