“Fantastic place run by a great couple. They are friendly and the beer options are all great. The flight option worked well to get a good sampling of a handful. Quieter setting with calmer music so you can enjoy and talk to people. I recommend the Dopplebock from KC Bier.Kid-friendliness: They have a stack of board games to enjoy while you hang out and the owners have kids themselves so they understand how to enjoy these things with kids.“
“This was our 2nd time eating at a Mellow Mushroom and we were not disappointed. Very delicious food and nice relaxing restaurant. Our waitress was great.. took good care of us. We just stopped in for some pretzels and drinks while shopping the landing strip. One of the best places to grab a bite to “

“This is my favorite place on the landing to eat. The outdoor dining is perfect when the weather is nice, you even get to watch the fountain shows if your timing is good. My kids love the kids quesadilla but add chicken ( I tried it and it was yummy!) and my wife and I both love the enchiladas!“
“Appetizers average about $20. Lunch $20-30, entrees $40 to $60. Great views, good breeze on the porch. We had wonderful lunch. I had the bacon, ham, turkey wrap. Excellent.Parking: About 200 hundred yards away with golf cart service to restaurant“
“Food at John's frosted mug is a mixture of a good country, café and bar food plus some pretty good steaks off also. With their appetizers hubs and I prefer fried mushrooms and have been trying to find some that were decent since Country Bob's closed and we have found good ones at the frosted mug. They have specials most every night in the specials are very delicious. My husband and I can walk in with only $40 between us and we can order our suppers and still have money left over. So you can't really complain about that at all. Carly usually waits on us and you can't find a better waitress than her around the area. Yes there is smoking in the bar because it is a bar. Some days it's good some days it's bad you just gotta take your chances like we do and we are non-smokers but we still go there even when the smoke is bad. John's Frosted Mug has the typical ambience of any small town bar. But in ending this review even though it is a smoking bar I'll still go there because they've got such great prices, really good food and friendly patrons.“
