“A step back in time! Friendly staff! I was so curious about the menu, I had both a burger, a polish dog and a Carmel shake. Surprisingly, I favored the polish dog! Loves the Carmel shake, too. Food is great and I loved the 1950's-ish vibe. The Life-sized Betty Boop was a nice touch as well!“

“We didn't have the food but we did do a moonshine tasting of 14 different moonshines! I like the coffee and the chocolate the best but there were quite a few good ones! It was a lot of fun! Very cute place! Too bad we didn't know they had food, we had already eaten but it looked good.“

“Had their queso birria tacos combo with good old Mexican cola cola. The birria soup was tasty and wasn't too hot for people afraid of too much heat you can still get great flavor at tacos no 1. Salsa bar is at your disposal. Plenty of napkins for the messy eaters.“

“Lovely little place tucked away with little visibility until you search online for good restaurants in Branson. Staff is super sweet and efficient, food is solid. Only complaint is the bottles dressing poured over the low quality side salad. Come on, people, you can do better than that. Overall, it is probably one of best places to eat in this Disney town.“

“One of the best meals my wife and I have ever had. We ordered the Mr. Gilberto Chicago style pizza. The menu said it would be 30 to 60 minutes until we got our pizza and it came in about 25 minutes. The pizza was done perfectly and was one of the best, if not the best we've ever had. Their sauce is great and there are plenty of ingredients, including meat, which is rare. The best part of the pizza is their marinated peppers. They are slightly sweet and really stand out and make the rest of the ingredients play well together. The seasoning that is sprinkled on the top brings out the flavor of the tomato sauce. The staff is exceptional. The run around d the place and make sure everything is perfect and if not, remedies it immediately. The atmosphere of the place is old-school Italian and is decorated with MANY pictures of happy and famous patrons. To top of the great meal, they had a lemon cake for dessert. It was sublime and it tasted as good the next day as it was that night. This place is a must stop!! Not sure we can get a chance to drive 650 miles to visit again, but certainly will if we are ever even within 2 hours!!“

“Be aware that “Bare Zero Bourbon” Manhattan is a nonalcoholic drink. They have a list of “Temperance Cocktails” which we did not notice! If you want a decent Manhattan, do not order this!!! It was terrible!! When you order a Manhattan specify the bourbon you like. Also, cheesy noodles are different. They are not nearly as creamy and delicious as they used to be. Everything else was great!!! We will go back, but we will be more specific in our ordering!“

When she was making the guacamole dip from scratch in front of us. We were so interested that we ordered it for ourselves. She brought us the salsa sauce before we asked and she brought me a Diet Coke when she saw that mine was low. “Had breakfast on Sunday with parents around 1030 am. We were on our way out of town from spending the weekend in Branson. We were greeted and sat quickly. They had a nice little crowd. Server was efficient with water and coffee. We all ordered eggs over medium, they came out perfectly and the home fries were yummy. Pancake was tasty but not fluffy. The menu was simple, straightforward, nothing fancy.it was still 41$ for 3 people.kind of high for just eggs. I know, its a tourist town and groceries are expensive. I did notice teamwork with hot food.i did not use the restroom so I don't know about the cleanliness, the the restaurant was clean and being bussed quickly.good job guys, keep it up“

“Brought a 14 man bachelor party to Saltgrass in Branson, and I can say it was by far the best restaurant we visited, and one everyone was happy to have eaten at. Service by servers was incredible. Management was attentive. And the food was delicious. 10/10 would recommend to anyone for any sort of meal!“

“Making the short drive from Joplin to Branson it’s always worth it to stop at Joes to get my crab fix. Darlene is in the top 5 of servers I have ever had at ANY restaurant across the US and abroad. It’s rare to find service to her level. Ask for her when you come. You will not be disappointed.“

We came for the Mizzou game, and it wasn’t showing because their connections do not have CBS… But Eric figured out a way to get the television near the bar working and displaying the game, and we enjoyed the whole afternoon!! Leona and Ericka was the best server!! We ordered the crab cake sandwich with fries and the pretzel sticks with homemade queso and they were delicious!!“

“Not a large selection, but the food was great! We now have a new favorite french fry... The staff was awesome, the burgers were good but the fries were amazing. The restaurant atmosphere was a blast from the past and would have only been better if it was busier. The lack of customers was the only concern we had, was almost sad but couldn't really be sad sitting at the Elvis table though! Will definitely return, will get a smaller burger next time.“
