“Usually I say yes, tonight however was a fail. Ordered a pepperoni cheesier and a specialty cheese with mushroom and black olive. Wait was about ten minutes. Drove home (about 5-6 minutes) and both pizzas were cold and crust on mushrooms/black’s crust was mostly raw. We had to bake it to eat it. Called to let the store know that they might need to check their oven or their timing because of the problem. Got an okay and hang up. An I’m sorry might have been nice.“

My taste buds like the flavors. The portions are large. I don't mind the service or the occasional wait time in the drive-thru. I've never been inside so I have no idea about the atmosphere. “I visited for a senior trip past midnight. There were a close to 50 seniors and only 7 staff members, but they did such a great job taking care of our group and making sure we had a fun time! They were also just pretty friendly and super nice when we asked them for things. I would definitely go back again and I highly recommend it! It’s a fantastic party venue! I believe the staff we had were Matty, Shay, Hollis, Wyatt H., Maggie, Mariah, and Matt P. They were absolutely the best!“

“We used Google to find a restaurant near us after an appt and this was the first listing. So glad we tried it! We got the chips and dips because I wanted to try the mango salsa. It was good and the queso was queso but the black bean was the star of that appetizer. We were there during the day and ordered the lunch portions even though full size portions were still available. I have no idea how much more you get with dinner but it has to be huge. We left so full. I got the rasta pasta with shrimp which was incredible. My husband ordered the tiki tacos with fish and said not only was it the best fish tacos he's ever had but it was the best coleslaw he's ever gotten at a restaurant. Then they offered us homemade keylime pie made with the owners mother's recipe. Like I said we was full but I ordered some to go. It was so creamy and refreshing. I'm so glad we found this place and will definitely be coming back.“

“My husband and I celebrated our 43rd Anniversary at Char last night. Everything was wonderful, in my opinion!! My steak was cooked as requested since I'm on a low sodium diet. “My husband and I recently visited Springfield as an early birthday week getaway for myself. I hadn't planned any place to eat out at, nor did I have any ideas in mind. I was going through places that popped up near our hotel on google maps to see if something stood out. I came across OMO and I saw they had Ramen. I LOVE Ramen! I decided that was where we would have dinner the moment I found the restaurant on google.

I will say, it was about a 20 minute drive from our hotel but it was totally worth the drive. They were going to close at 9pm and we arrived around 8:20 pm. It was a monday night so it wasnt as busy as I thought it would be. I felt bad for getting there so late but the staff was so nice and welcoming and many people came in after us.

They are an all female staff and work as a team. We did not have a reservation and did not wait more than a minute to be seated which was awesome as we were starving from all of our day activities. One of the waitresses took us to our table, took our drink order and informed us that they work as a team so there wouldn't be a specific waitress with us, instead any one of them would be able to help us throughout our evening. My husband and I ordered our Ramen bowls and waited for about 10 minutes for the Ramen to arrive at our table.

The food was delicious. The Tonkatsu Ramen I ordered was made with such love and care. It was a flavorful broth with so many flavors coming through. The broth was so good I finished it all before the actuall noodles. I geniunely tasted like nothing I have ever had before. The pork that I chose with my Ramen was also carefully prepared; It was so soft that it melted in your mouth and was so flavorful. The taste reminded me of Mexican Chicharron but in a completly diffrent preparation method.

I was delighted with the service, the food and the over all feeling of home I got while being there was incredible. On a side note the girls also have OMO the cat robot that brings drinks, food or other things right to your table.

“My husband and I took our 4 kids out for dinner tonight and we were sat in Matt’s section. He was phenomenal. We don’t eat out often as a family (our kids are young and don’t like sitting still) and we couldn’t think of a time where we had even close to the level of service that Matt provided us. He kept all our drinks topped off, was engaging with our kids and so welcoming. Anything we needed he provided. It’s obvious he takes a lot of pride in his work! Kudos to Matt! We will be back!“
