we just left there 30 minutes ago with our food, i don't know what happened but the food was nasty. the beef lo-main noodles was dry, the beef was cold. the three dishes we ordered was cold and didn't taste anything like it did 2 weeks ago. it will take a lot for me to go back and spend 40 bucks on cold unflavored food.

Still been going here and food is still good but about to reconsider. In my review I recommended ordering the sauce on the side. I understand food cost and overhead but they have decided to charge about .80 more for the request. I have been eating drive thru Chinese food, sauce on the side, for 20 plus years and never had an establishment charge me extra. I know I am not alone in this preference or they wouldn't have the bright idea. Kind of a low blow. Considering they give multiple packets of condiments without request that won't be used I believe there are other ways of cutting the cost to offset the .10 to .15 cent extra cost it MAY cost them for the extra sauce or cheap styrofoam container. Owner probably needs to rethink the pricing strategy behind this extra charge. Kind of weird. May sound petty, considering the small charge, but just the principal of sticking it to regulars that support the business isn't cool. I will still go to support my small town local businesses but I know some people on a budget will not have the same understanding and support.

The lady in the window taking our order forgot to turn her headset off when talking to another coworker about an infection she has and how she “needs antibiotics” and to “keep it covered” and how it “can turn into staph”Thoroughly disgusted. There are some things you shouldn’t disclose in the restaurant business to customers who could be listening.

The lobby still is closed, pulled into the drive through to the speaker. Was told to drive to the Window. Sat there for over 10 minutes before they would take my order. I ended up having to knock on the window. To get their attention because they were inside eating instead of taking care of the customers. It's a shame that their customer service skills suck because they have decent food.

Absolutely love the food, I've been coming here weekly for two years. I order the same thing every week. The last three weeks I've had a woman be so rude to me. Tonight I screwed my order up I guess. I asked her to fix it when I got to window. She said "nope Can't, it's already made. So I told her to have a goodnight and left. I will not spend another dime at you establishment. And think about that, 21.70 cents for two years.i couldn't imagine if I told my customers. "Nope cant".....

Amazing food AND even better people :)I drove through really close to closing, and couldn’t get my order straight. Even though I was already up to the window they got me setup with what I wanted and were super friendly through the whole process. The two ladies I spoke with were saints and they deserve all the great reviews so here is one!

The employees gave me my food and took off without giving me the drinks. I waited a while and finally drove around to go through the drive-thru again and saw the employees outside smoking. The employee went back in to answer the speaker and made my drinks. No apology or anything for wasting my time. Not going back.

Waited In line in the drive thru with one car in front of me for over 30 minutes. Was told it was a shift change. Really? How do other restaurants manage to change shifts seamlessly. Learn how to operate your business or close up shop. All you are doing is frustrating people.

After five years of getting chicken lo mein with no onions they decided apparently yesterday that they can't do that anymore. What's funny is how many times I've defended them and recommended them to friends and family and customers. I definitely won't be doing that anymore. Looks like I'm going to have to drive to Branson to get good Chinese food from now on.
