My husband and I went through the drive thru this morning and ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese McGriddles. We drove off and 10 minutes later we check the bag and see that we were given 2 sausage McMuffins. My husband can’t eat the sausage so we turned around to get the order fixed. The lady at the counter seemed confused at how and why to change out the wrong order we got. She literally told my husband “I’m not sure what to do”. Ummmmm, you fix the order would be the most common sense. He finally got the correct order but this made us lose 20 minutes of drive time. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

May be the most disgusting McDonald’s I have ever been in. Went to the bathroom first and the toilet was as absolutely disgusting and it looked like someone threw up in the sink. Walked out and there was food under multiple tables. Decided to leave before ordering food due to the state of the building

This has to be the worst McDonald's ever I don't know what the owners thinking they not wanting to open up on time that's at least get somebody that will put something on their app saying you can't order from here instead of people ordering from the app and then having to wait 7 days to get refunded because they don't want to open up

They always forget something in the bag and I have to drive all the way back to get what they missed and by the time I get home it's all cold and chewy. I usually remember to check the bag but if I don't I'm not eating for another hour. I'm sick of this place. I'll find the extra 15 minutes to Wendy's.

Food was hot, store very, very clean, employees very sweet and compassionate with the consumer. McDonald's had a GOD FEARING, VERY knowledgeable person, even though he was slow, therefore he had to go at his speed he could process at, but not one customer got upset with his. People left, but it had nothing to do with his disability
