Arrived and ordered our sandwich. There were two ladies working, the one making the sandwich and the one finishing them and checking people out.

The first lady was super nice, and welcoming. The second lady was not so much. She seemed to be rather unpleasant and I would suggest a job facing the public might not be her best choice.

The food is what it is (not great, but not terrible), so my experience was really driven off the interaction with the workers. The second lady being so abrupt / borderline rude was really off-putting to me as a customer. It seems a shame because if she was more pleasant, the experience would be greatly improved.

When we entered, we were not greeted. We were the only ones there except for a couple already eating. A family came in behind us and we let them go around us as we were still looking at menu. It took the lady (working) almost 20 minutes to make that order!!! In the middle of that order, an alarm started going off. I had a migraine, and this alarm was very loud. When she was finally done with that order, I asked if she could please turn the alarm off. She said NO! I stated I had a migraine and she said if she turns it off she has to immediately make the online order. She was very rude and condescending the entire time!!!

Sam helped us today. She was at the store all by herself and ran it. Amazingly. Absolutely great customer service and very clean she was busy and handled everything very well. Got everybody through there with smiles. She definitely needs to be recognized for her hard work. It's hard to keep good employees around here these days and she's definitely a great employee

I placed a mobile order before we went. We live about 20 minutes out. We left when it Said building. When we arrived the app showed that our order was ready for pick up. The 2 people there working said they just cleared it and never made it. We still waited 20 minutes once we got there. As they were making our sandwiches they read it from the order we placed they put such a small amount of anything on our sandwiches and we paid for extra. This was a joke. Do yourself a favor and just go to Hollister if you want a decent sandwich you pay for. This was incredibly frustrating.

Worker was very rude
Told my daughter she could not have a sauce for her 2 foot long dippers she ordered even though the sign clearly states comes with customer choice of sauce
She stated she didn’t have a button to be able to charge for the sauce
Very hateful , we spent 40 dollars , I’m sure she could make a cup of sauce

Came in to your restaurant to eat tonight. We were here for a bit before we got waited on. As there was only 1 worker. He has waited on about 10 people before waiting on us. He hasn't changed his gloves one time. I just thought that was necessary when fixing different sandwiches as people may have allergies to certain foods. Wasn't happy when I saw this. Still here at the restaurant. He just now changed gloves. Was just curious about this.

Places Mobil order. App said order was ready. Staff said it was just getting started.....almost 45 minutes later it was finally finished.....NOT ACCEPTABLE subway!!!! I'll make my sandwiches at home.

Can’t even go into order a sandwich and eat because the sandwich maker is only making all online! Really? Lame! Do away with online ordering if is affects normal customers in this negative manner. Hire more people or get rid of online orders.

My husband came in to order some sandwiches while I was feeling under and a nice cold sandwich actually sounded really good!. First was the mixed wrong labels of the sandwiches from the chicken salad sandwich number getting mixed up with the turkey club number, after fixing up who’s sandwich was who’s I took TWO bites off the sandwich before I noticed a dark brown strand of hair sitting in my sandwich and halfway out of my mouth!! When I tried calling the restaurant to tell them I wanted my $40 back for the three sandwiches my husband paid for but the only thing I got back was the dial tone that the phone was turned off! Do not eat at this subway, I even told my husband that this Subway was disgusting after how many people complained on the Forsyth group! Dont eat here or you’ll probably find a hair in your sandwich as well.

Walked in at 645. One person in front of us to order. The one employee working said it will be a while because there are several mobile orders ahead of us. We decided to wait. The sandwiches were made correctly, she was friendly but definitely overwhelmed by herself. We finally ordered at 715. We felt bad for her and then as we were about to leave a male employee came out from the back. We were shocked he didn't help her with the rush and to limit the customer wait. It had been a while since we had visited because of problems at this location and will be along time before were back.

The sandwiches are usually fresh and good but the service could improve... Plus I walk in with coupons and they refuse to honor so I don't eat here

Made an online order and upon arrival nothing was ready and was told that my order couldn’t be made because they were out of meat. When I asked to be refunded he told me he didn’t know how to and to just come back when his manager was working. I asked when would that be he told me maybe tomorrow and didn’t seem to care anymore than that.

Why is this location so inconsistent? Ordered food on The app tonight after work at 9:05 PM and the store says that they do not close until 10. So the app said my order would be done at 925 I get there at 925 and the open sign is not on and the doors are locked knocked on the door no one answered took a picture of my order on where they charged me for my order. And Took a picture of the door and then being closed at 925 when it says that they stay open until 10. If you have to close early. I understand I work in a restaurant too. But you need to make your app to where you can't order if you're closed or you need to put a sign on your door that says closing early. For whatever reason. This is the second time. I've had a problem at this location. I will be getting the corporate number for whoever runs this Subway and we'll be letting them know about this.
