My husband came in to order some sandwiches while I was feeling under and a nice cold sandwich actually sounded really good!. First was the mixed wrong labels of the sandwiches from the chicken salad sandwich number getting mixed up with the turkey club number, after fixing up who’s sandwich was who’s I took TWO bites off the sandwich before I noticed a dark brown strand of hair sitting in my sandwich and halfway out of my mouth!! When I tried calling the restaurant to tell them I wanted my $40 back for the three sandwiches my husband paid for but the only thing I got back was the dial tone that the phone was turned off! Do not eat at this subway, I even told my husband that this Subway was disgusting after how many people complained on the Forsyth group! Dont eat here or you’ll probably find a hair in your sandwich as well.

Walked in at 645. One person in front of us to order. The one employee working said it will be a while because there are several mobile orders ahead of us. We decided to wait. The sandwiches were made correctly, she was friendly but definitely overwhelmed by herself. We finally ordered at 715. We felt bad for her and then as we were about to leave a male employee came out from the back. We were shocked he didn't help her with the rush and to limit the customer wait. It had been a while since we had visited because of problems at this location and will be along time before were back.

The staff was very unprofessional when our order was rang up. My credit card was charged and I was refused a copy of NY receipt. Even after being charged. We weren't allowed to take our food. This place is really gone down the drain. And the night crew is always some drugy with an aditude.

Its the worst, 1. I shouldn't be paying 30.00 for couple foot long SANDWICHES!!! 2. Quality has proceeded to go down for years. Owner picks and chooses which coupons he wants to participate in. Frankly, he should shut it down or sell it. Quiznos or Jimmy Johns will do much better for the prices Subway is charging.

After being double charged yesterday, the manager called me at work to tell me that the employees who so graciously helped me and made a couple sandwiches for my lunch break at the local doctors office had been written up. She not only called me at work but everyone I work with could hear her screaming at me. Screaming that she wrote her employees up because of me, because they made me sandwiches when the money had been taken out of my account and they verified this before making the sandwich and verified that the online order said my sandwiches were ready. Now I am double charged for sandwiches and have been yelled at while working. Thanks

I'm sorry I can't get past how much subway cost any more to eat healthy it is $30 for my husband and I both to have a foot long any footlong almost it's crazy they need to lower their prices I can make the same sandwiches at my house and I will start doing it lower the prices if this isn't a franchise I would tell the owners to lower your prices the sandwiches aren't that great and the Forsyth location is City so lower your prices
