Food was always good, but they always seemed to be out of certain food options.

I love the customer service and everything but whenever I order the avocado toast it’s either not toasted, doesn’t have the seasoning on it, or it’s not toasted. Also I order it with bacon but bacon on the side sometimes they give me 4 small pieces of bacon but everything else food wise I recommend

They gave me the wrong drink and forgot about my food in my order. The girl with the glasses needs more help.
Great staff and service. Never can have to much coffee
It's hit or miss on whether or not their hours are correct in this app I can't tell what their hours are. The last few times I walked in when google said they should be open they werent.

Got all the drinks correct and out pretty quickly, even though they were busy. Avocado toast and black pepper breakfast sandwich were good.

good beverages if you’re okay with being talked about after you get your drink ??♀️
This location was extremely slow they spent over an average of 5 minutes per customers to take orders. Between the line wait and receiving my order in a line 6 people it took 30 minutes. There was no organization to the employees work.
I understand this is a new location and people are still training but it was just awful. There was no organization to employees positions. I had to get my drink remade, which I didnt mind at all but it took roughly 8 minutes for me to even be acknowledged by any staff member at the counter, probably because the young lady on the register that seemed to be more experienced than the others was responsible for too many tasks. Ive worked in the food industry for over 10 years, no one seems to have learned the 3,5,10 rule. And the manager was giving little to no direction to the girls that were training, she was preoccupied in the back of house. Shouldve been hands on in front of the line with the amount of trainees that were up front, especially during a peak period. With improper training comes lower retention rate and bad customer service.
