I came to Fort Leonard Wood to attend a graduation. You have to have a security clearance to be on the base. The Panda Express is in the food court of the exchange building. Google maps kept giving me locations in St Robert. I didn't want to leave the base. Non military can eat in the food court but not buy from the exchange which is in the same building.
