If you no longer serve spicy, why ask if I want it as an option? The last several orders I've got have NOT been spicy. And employees who listen would be nice. I would love to get home and have my order correct. And ALL of it.
Picked up dinner the other night, watched as the person who took my order, my card and worked the register, then place the paper and the fries in the box without gloves. I get he used a scoop to place the fries in the box, but no gloves when putting the paper in the box, or pushing the fries that where hang over the side of the box into it. COME ON! additionally the girl on the other side boxing the drive thru orders also didn't wear gloves and did the same thing.
