The nicest employees! I have had numerous encounters where they went above expectations. Once I was ridiculous while ordering, not sure if i wanted it this way or that. I went back and fourth 3 times and I guy just kept changing it, pleasantly. When i apologized he told me it really wasn't a problem, as we all laughed about it.
Another time I forgot to say "no mayo" on my online order and they completely remade my sub like it was nothing. 100% my mistake and they fixed it.
There have been other small things as well...just 100% pleasant on every encounter.
If I am honest we REALLY prefer a different sub spot that we don't have locally, but the customer service here makes up for our inability to get our JM fix 😉. Genuine thanks for all of the times the employees have been so kind!

Food was good, lots of options even with dietary restrictions. Staff were not impressive today, waited around for a bit for the guy playing on his phone to notice us and wake up his buddy who was sitting in the front corner sleeping. To be fair, once one guy noticed us and woke up his buddy, they were very friendly.

They will tell you it’s 25-35 min for delivery but expect 1-2 hours. They only take food when they have large orders, regardless of how long the food sits
Price for just one sandwich and a drink was close to 25 dollars that's insane I will not go back to ANY jimmy John's I will eat at subway and FIREHOUSE
