The nicest employees! I have had numerous encounters where they went above expectations. Once I was ridiculous while ordering, not sure if i wanted it this way or that. I went back and fourth 3 times and I guy just kept changing it, pleasantly. When i apologized he told me it really wasn't a problem, as we all laughed about it.

Another time I forgot to say "no mayo" on my online order and they completely remade my sub like it was nothing. ...

Food was good, lots of options even with dietary restrictions. Staff were not impressive today, waited around for a bit for the guy playing on his phone to notice us and wake up his buddy who was sitting in the front corner sleeping. To be fair, once one guy noticed us and woke up his buddy, they were very friendly.

The food is always made correctly and semi quickly. I don't know if it's jimmy john policy but they don't give you a bag or napkins, if you want them you have to reach over into the food prep area, i don't know if this is company policy.
