Love the cajun rice and spicy chicken. Always done when i have gotten although i have gotten it from other chicken chains and the meat was still raw and bloody. Popeyes is my favorite.

3 out of 5 times they will get something wrong with your order and the blackened chicken will be more like jerky.

We had decided to go to this Popeyes because we had not been in awhile it was our first time at this location and certainly our last when we first walked in the guy working the front register was not friendly at all he had asked if it was for here or take out but he spoke very quietly I had said I’m sorry because I did not hear him he then proceeded to roll his eyes and said for here or take very rudely the restaurant was dirty they had a old dusty box fan on the counter looks like somebody brought from their house blowing straight towards the open food we sat down then one of what I’m guessing was one of the managers was screaming and being really rude to the guy working the front register so I can see why he was acting that way that he was we sat down and there was what looked like dog hair all over the table there was food crumbs everywhere looks like the place hadn’t been cleaned at all the chicken was cold they was also out of coleslaw Mac and cheese it was not a great experience and the customer service was awful with that being said I will not be going back and I manage in fast food so I know how some days can be especially lunch rush but this was just awful

Someone in the back was yelling repeatedly at the top of her lungs that she wasn't doing something. Very annoying. Also when I ordered chicken tenders I was told sauce was extra. Not going back

I came in and ordered a number 3 meal, they where out of mac n cheese and fries so I had to get mashed potatoes. The cashier was rude as hell and acted like she didn’t want to be here plus my sandwhich was cold and they won’t give anyone dipping sauces because “it doesnt come with the meal” they are just all rude and don’t care about anything or anyone

I've been living around the area for years so when I see the reviews on how the guy at the counter/drive thru window doesn't care about his job or the lady is rude I know exactly who yall are talking about lol..however they never been rude to me but I can tell by their tone their is some frustration that comes with it 😒
The guy at the counter/window probably should just need to stay in the back because he has horrible communication skills
My food is always good when I order from here tho so 🤷🏽‍♂️

I just paid 29$ for an 8 piece meal the chicken tastes like liver it should have been dumped it’s over cooked, and too old, the Mac n cheese is curdled! It’s grotesque!! Store # 10694!! Waterloo IA!

Mobile order says ready by 5:01. Order literally finished and handed to me at 5:01. Gotta love it.

Raining sideways and no one’s manning the drive through window. Getting soaked waiting with window down so I can hear when they get back. Drove to the main window where it’s dry and the lady said sorry you have to order over there.
