The worst McDonald’s ever! We waited for an hour in the drive thru for our food, literally an hour. We had to go in and get our food and the manager, Michael, was so rude. He would not give us our money back. He did not apologize for the wait. Someone who can’t remain calm and gets angry at customers, should not be a manager at a fast food restaurant. None of the customers who were also waiting for their food were being rude but the manager was still taking his frustration...read full review
dyed Brite red hair at the cash register, played with her hair and ate a hamburger while she took our order, which she fit wrong. Rusty, a mgr.,came to the register wiping sweat off his face. His finger nails were way too long and full of dirt or nose burgers. it was hard to tell what was under his nails but it sure was sickening.
The absolute worst McDonald’s in the mid-West. I was told to move forward and then had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the food. They forgot the drinks and sauce and had to wait another 10 minutes for that. The “manager” Bridget hung up on me and told me “they were hiring” if I didn’t like how I was being served and then hung up on me. When I called back, I asked for the owners name, she said it, and when I asked her to spell the last name, she called me illiterate...read full review

However, there is room for improvement in customer service and order accuracy. Despite this, the late-night visit was a delight with hot food, friendly staff, and a working ice cream machine, making it a pleasant experience overall.
