KFC is a restaurant that offers a kid-friendly environment, with staff who are attentive to young children's needs. However, they may need to improve their online order management, as some customers have experienced delays in pick-up times. The pricing for certain items, such as a large popcorn chicken, has been considered a bit expensive by some guests, although they do commend the food for being fast and fresh. Parking could also be improved as there is sometimes a shortage of spaces.
