They were friendly and extremely fast today. My burger was cold and my pies were a little too done. I would have rather waited for a fresh hot food that was enjoyable, then fast service with food that I had to choke down because I was hungry.
Michael, one of the managers, always makes my day at this McDonald's. He goes above and beyond in every thing he says and does and is always positive and encouraging and pleasant even in the midst of chaos.
This McDonald's needs work on customer service if they wanna keep having happy customers I've had several instances where they messed up my order they tend to throw the food together in a sloppy presentation I would like to give a better review but until the necessary improvements are made this location will not receive it from me.
