Just got back from a week-long trip to TRL. We rented a pontoon boat from Hideaway for most of that week and absolutely loved our experience with them! The boat was in tip top shape and met all of our needs. The rental process was super simple and the marina staff was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home. We can't wait to return, would absolutely do business with them again! (PS - The pizza was also terrific, we highly recommend snagging one while you're there!)

Hideaway Marina on Table Rock Lake was fantastic for my family. They had a boat to rent us with less than 24 hours notice and were very accomodating to what we were wanting to do.
The boat the rented us did break down when we were out on it, but this quickly turned out to be another opportunity for them to rise to the occasion. These things happen and it is usally beyond the control of the marina staff. As soon as the call back to the marina was made, they got someone out to rescue us as quickly as possible and towed us back in. When we got back they quickly got us to another boat and offered for us to keep it the rest of the day even though we only did a 4 hour rental.
There professionalism is top notch and would highly reccomend them. Keep in mind that these things

Hideaway Marina sets the standard on a how a customer-centric business should operate. We rented a boat in August 2020 and the rental process was seamless. Scott and dock crew were incredibly helpful in getting all the needed gear and providing pointers on the boat’s operation. Scott himself spent time with us on the needed knots and rigging for our day’s water adventures. We did experience a mechanical issue (which was 100 % my own fault) and the Marina was right there with a rescue and replacement boat to make sure we didn’t miss a beat on our vacation. I can’t say enough about their service and care for the customer. We’ll be back!

Scott is the man, and his staff is amazing. there is no other marina to us, except for their sister company cape fair marina who was awesome too.

Just came for the day with our "Hot Chicks" reunion. Was in see of the beautiful views, cleanliness, quiet, and hospitality! Owners are amazing and very accommodating which in turn made our event even more enjoyable. Cabins were clean and comfortable as well. Already planning a return trip!
