The last 3 times overload ordered sandwiches from here there has been some kind of problem with my order, and if ordering through the app they make your sandwich as soon as you place the order no matter the pick up time set and then store the sandwich on their cooler prep table so it’s ice cold when you pick it up.

Employees complaining about customers paying with cash!?! To me I find that odd. Sandwiches at the Gallatin Subway are not made correctly when Employees are under pressure. Having Employees text my son telling him that they don't appreciate it that he had to pay with cash!! Seriously???? Who's the manager??? Or is there a manager??

Kristen was super friendly and my mother was super happy with her salad she cut it up in small pieces for her. I recomend gallatin subway.
Vegetarian options: Love the pizza but more options would be great for vegetarian like some plant based meat thank you
This location doesn't honor coupons(or in app specials) which sucks because subway mails them out to the homes in the area. If your not set on subway I reccomend the other small businesses in town.

Lorin was great, and so are the others. Most of the works listen to what you want. I like my sandwich "soupy" or "sloppy", but my wife likes hers dry. ?
