We were passing through, looking for a dinner place. Who would expect great Mexican food in Gallatin, MO? But we gave Senior Barrigas a try. The food was fantastic and service great. Having lived in CA for 30 years, I can say this is no gringo place. Menu has lots of variety. When we showed up the parking lot was empty and it wasn't busy inside but by the time we left, it was bustling.
Very delicious place to eat and the helpings are very generous. The chips however are very stale and remind me of cardboard, not even salt on them. That's the only thing that is negative about this restaurant. Thank you for the amazing food and service otherwise!

We went for the first time and my wife got a boring burrito and taco. I asked the waiter to order for me and he recommended the special, The Molcajete. It was awesome! It deserved a parade with trumpets coming out of the kitchen! Super fun, authentic and yummy.
