“A year ago the store was under different management. That management was terrible. They didn’t care about the employees or that store. Now i’ve heard that location is under new management and if it’s the young lady i think i am IMPRESSED!!!!!!!!!!!! Last year I never wanted to go back to any of the subways around here but my little sister wanted a sandwhich on thursday so I went up to Gerald Subway before she got home and the inviorment was wonderful. I was greeted by Victoris upon walking in the door, She asked all the basic questions and made sure she had heard right before doing anything, she made great small talk while my sandwhich was getting toasted and after check out We still talked. No one who’s been working while i come in has taken the time to speak with me. The older lady that is there never cares to say much without it sounding rushed. This young lady brightened up my day! I will be returning to this subway.”

“Finally made it to Purdy’s from Lost Valley Lake - normally we do our own cooking but decided to give it a try and happy that we did. Great food and drinks and our waitress was fast and very friendly. We will be back”

“This was a nice little surprise. Very pretty little sandstone lined banks and low water bridge. The water was a little high so I didn't chance tge bridge.

I went back with my dogs and was disappointed in the swimming. The sandstone was a bit slick and had small dropouts between it and gravely spots. My dogs wouldn't swim. The water was too shallow for a grownup swim so overall, I'd recommend it as a canoe/kayak access over a swimming spot.
Just the same, it was a lovely spot to visit”

“I really like this cafe. I live out of the area and my son and I stopped here for pie and coffee. I had heard that their pies are the best and I can tell you that's the truth! I ordered the chocolate cream pie and I think it is the best I have ever had. (uh...well next to my wife's of course).
Also, the server was really friendly and made us feel right at home. If I lived in the area id be a frequent customer.”
