Usually a good experience here, tonight i was served by a young blonde girl named Anna and she already seemed very unwelcoming as soon as we walked into the door. Instant attitude as soon as she started taking our order. Constantly slamming around her condiments and stomping around trying to make it clear she did not want us there. She also burnt our sandwhich and when we went in to get it remade she rolled her eyes and continued to slam around items with very vague and rude responses.

Only 1 worker. Long wait times. Put in an online order, arrived 10 mins after it said it should be done. Order was not even started. Waited in line for another 20 mins to get our order.
The manager was completely useless with not helping the situation where it showed we were charged and the order was placed for pick up and would be ready by 625pm however their system didn’t receive it. While the worker called his manager on speaker her response was “it’ll fall off, nothing we can do maybe she should have ordered through the app” she was very arrogant and rude while saying it. I’m sure my $75 will be reimbursed when I call my bank tomorrow however frustrating when you wait almost an hour to still walk out with no food unless you place another order through the app vs website.
The gentleman working the counter made up for her lack of customer service skills with his amazing empathy.
Do not recommend the management this facility has. She needs further training.
The assistant manager was SO rude. Actually started yelling at me because he didn’t know how to use their Subway rewards. There is a $6.99 meal deal and when I was ordering, I asked if any 6” sandwich was included in that (the sign says any sandwich too) and he said yes. Great. Got to check out only for him to tell me it’s not ringing up right and told me he can’t over ride it and I told him that’s why I asked if any sandwich would be included in the meal deal, and he again said yes it should be included, but for some reason it’s not working. There was a couple behind me getting ready to order and the guy said “yeah the meal deal says any sandwich”. So at that point, I just told him never mind. Don’t worry about it. I won’t get the meal. He said OK cool. Then I was trying to scan my rewards in my app and he said he has no idea how it works and I said “how do you not know how it works at the assistant manager? I’ve done it here before” then he started yelling at me saying “ma’am don’t tell me What I don’t know” And I said you know what never mind let me pay for my stuff and I’m leaving and he said “that’s fine. The price hasn’t changed go ahead” Then a couple behind me said yeah we’re not ordering food here and walked out with me. He was Very nice and professional all the way up until I went to check out then did a complete 180. I’ve never had problems at this location until now, so I will not go back As long as this person works here and treats their customers like this for no reason and clearly I’m not the only one as people behind me walked out seeing how he treated me and they said they will never return either.
Depending on who's working, we'll depend on how good your sandwich is
The 2 workers didn't seem so enthusiastic but my food came out how I expected and in a timely matter, So I am satisfied.

They do a great job with sandwiches at this location. I took a star off however, because they won't accept or honor any of the Subway coupons. They say they don't because national Subway takes too long to reimburse them. That's on national Subway, and they should do a better job of supporting their local stores.
Rude red head girl and guy that was working with her!! Do better your job isn't hard. You literally make sandwiches. It wouldnt kill you to have a little customer service and not be rude as hell!! HIRE ADULTS NOT SNOBBY TEENS!

The lettuce was BROWN! The bacon, freezer burnt. The cucumbers, nasty and OLD. I wanted a salad, and when I asked about new lettuce? I was told that she was sure it was cut today. I’m definitely taking this subway off my list of places to pop in for a bite. They definitely should not put bad food out for customers!

My husband and I came in for lunch. I got a salad and he got a subway club. Mike was friendly and took great care of us. Lunch was about 10.00 each. Everything was clean.

Worst food I have ever got from this location 9/8/22. Not one part of the order was correct
Very slow only one person working during very busy time, person on break should have come and helped then took break.a long time for elderly to stand and wait
