It took over 45 minutes to get the OMG cheeseburger which we specifically ordered without the spicy sauce because we have a colitis. Finally got our meal 45 minutes later took a big bite and it had spicy sauce. Had to leave. Go get Pepto-Bismol from CVS and now I’m sick as a dog at home thanks, Applebee’s now I know why I always go to Chili’s.

I placed an online order at 8:23PM, with an ETA of 8:44PM. I arrived at 8:53PM and called the store, taking over a minute for someone to answer the phone. I did not receive my phone until 9:31PM, over 45 minutes after my order was supposed to be finished. The person who brought my food to Carside did not greet me or apologize for the wait, they simply confirmed my name and wished me a good evening. When I got my food home 8 minutes later, I found that my $15 Ultimate Trio was missing one of the items, becoming an Underwhelming Duo. The mozzarella sticks and beer cheese were cold, the pretzels were room temp, but the marinara was somehow warm. I ordered a burger pink, the burger was not pink and barely warm, the bun was stale, and the fries were cold.

I just love Applebee's! They have such great specials, too- lunch specials, Happy Hour specials, drink specials, 2 for 25 Specials. And the mozzarella sticks are the best! Kid menus are terrific. Lots of tvs to watch sports. It's got to be, Applebee's! 🍎

Worst experience ever here. Show up a little after 6 not super busy but steady. I had to wait several minutes before I was acknowledged and then another several minutes to be seated about 10 minutes. The host goes to sit us and takes us to a high top. We sit and wait to be greeted. We're Finally greeted and order our drinks and the 2 for $25. We never received our appetizer I watched it get given to someone at the bar who didn't even order food. After waiting almost 40 minutes our food comes out still no appetizer and not even what I ordered. The service was terrible and no apology or acknowledgement of the mistakes and lack of service. Had there been an apology and acknowledgement of the poor service and my appetizer being given away I could have been more understanding. We were hungry and not going to wait for our appetizer to come out after our food and not willing to wait for the correct food to be made probably waiting another 40 minutes. I understand being short staffed and busy but there appeared to be plenty of servers in sight and not overly busy. If it were possible I'd give 0 stars. Very upset after a long day just wanted a nice dinner with my daughter. Hopefully we have better service elsewhere.

My significant other and I went to Apple Bee’s for dinner on 12/15/2025 . I ordered the barbecue ribs, The food was awesome, until I found my self chewing a peace of wire . which is used to clean the grill . we told the waitress she went and got the manager he apologize and said I can take off $10 . I’m like ok that is fine. After I left the restaurant, I thought about it, we should have got our whole dinner for free!!! That’s a very serious situation I could have swallowed and never knew . And I could have gotten really sick.

Terrible service from start to finish. Paid for food, even tipped in cash.. the server Lilly younger slim girl with brown hair decided to tip herself on my boyfriend's card $11 on a $24 ticket. The management is poor and had zero urgency about the situation. No money refund yet, boyfriend has had to reach out to them each time to ask about his money and miss Lilly got off with a written warning for stealing money off a customer's debit card. So be ware. She still works here! They allow criminals to work for them and choose to ignore it.

This place is the most worse place I have been the food is cold, weird for more the hour

This was a pleasant experience! My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our meal! We had the pick 3. One entree and 2 dinners. I got the chicken breast with sautéed onions and mushrooms added shrimp to it. It was very very good! I had the mashed potatoes too.

We had the boneless chicken wings honey BBQ and they were fabulous.

My boyfriend got the chicken parmesan pasta. He enjoyed it as well.

It was very quiet and not too crowded. Great job Applebee's!

Sat and waited a while to be greeted. Only 1 set of silverware for 2 people. Once we were greeted we went ahead and ordered. We ordered food, drinks and desserts. The soda came but not the adult beverage. 20 minutes later the food came out. No adult beverage. I canceled the adult beverage since my food was there. I over heard the bartender tell the waitress she's been busy... first off she had 9 people at the bar all of whom had their food ans drinks already. Secondly it was a titos and tonic... not complicated.

The burger was wrong and had to be sent back. Otherr than that it was pretty mid.

They weren't that busy.
