Been twice now and I thought maybe the lady was having a bad day or something the first time but I got the same service the second time. 10/10 don't recommend I'll be going to the mall if I want a pretzel from now on.

Eveytime I go to this location they never have Almond pretzels. Once I had some time and they told me it would be 15mins so I said I'd wait.
