Full disclosure: this review would have been higher for service if I hadn’t run into an issue with the Burger King app. I usually order through the app because it often has good deals and lets me earn points toward free food.
On this visit, while I was in the parking lot, the app suddenly wouldn’t let me complete my purchase using Apple Pay. I was frustrated and didn’t want to go through the hassle of adding another credit card, so I ended up just buying a cheeseburger with cash instead.
The end result was that I spent a lot less than I normally would, which likely cost the location additional sales. I’ve since used the app again with Apple Pay and haven’t had any problems, so I’m not sure whether this was a location-specific issue (like Apple Pay not being accepted there) or simply a temporary app glitch.

We went there for lunch today and it was the worse experience I've ever had at a fast food establishment! We ate there.was given cold burgers. When i took it back to the counter, the manager insisted that it was warm even after i showed him the cheese was not even warm.3 people touched the burger (with no gloves on) then they microwave all 4 and hand them back to us to eat! The manager that fixed it had no gloves on until she seen me watching her.they never temped the food.Noone is trained on how to properly prepare food! If the cheese isn't melting, it's not warm! Ya need to fix that ASAP

I actually was going to call last night not to complain but to commend they did an excellent job I have five kids I spent like $80 and every single order was right write down to the condiments you know no onions no ketchup kids don't like that stuff they did a great job and I was going to call until this came on my phone so I want all the managers to know on the 24th the night crew was excellent!!!!!!!

I called with an issue, spoke with the manager who was rude and put the phone down instead of trying to help me with the situation. I ordered door dash and received my door dash order with a TRAY NOT A SEALED BAG. He wanted to act like it never happened, well I have a picture I will post below and my dasher also has a photo of the picture at pick up. Absolutely ridiculous. Didn't eat my food because obviously I don't know the dasher and if his fingers were in my onion rings or chicken nuggets. Absurd!
