I love BK burgers, all of them. I usually use drive thru. Fast service. I worry for them, though, because the parking lot is, for the most part, empty. Please re-invent yourselves! Maybe the advertising department needs an overhaul.

I spent 40.00... I wanted the new street corn burgers and got some BBQ burgers with a crumbly bun ... The bacon burgers I ordered were old ... I was missing two orders of nuggets and one burger? I'm so disappointed as the past 3 times I've been to this store my orders have not been correct. I keep getting shorted food ... I paid 8 bucks per whopper n got a old cold crumble.... Don't think I'll be back after 3 bad orders n a row.... I can say the staff is nice though

It was the first time I ate the wensday burger it was so good
I have to say I had a breakfast pickup today. I usually don't expect much from fast-food. However, I was helped at the drove thru by maybe one of the cleanest, most courteous, and efficient employees I have ever encountered. I hope his manager or whoever sees this and commends him. I tried to go on BKs website to leave this praise but frankly it's ridiculous to navigate and I gave up on that.

I only gave one star because it made me. I am certain being able to read is not a job requirement for this location, because my entire order was wrong. What's the point of placing an order if they're just going to ignore the words? And yes, it was my name and ticket on the bag. At least this time the dasher didn't eat my food. Guess you can't have everything.
