I went through drive thru and was rudely greeted with "it will be at least 5 minutes before I can take your order". I went inside and there was no customers but there were 3 employees just standing around.Long wait for food and it tasted old.Close this place and open a good restaurant!

I go to this Burger King all the time. I think they need more help because EVERY TIME I go especially through the drive through... They take forever to even say anything. A few times I've had to drive off because no one greets you. If they do greet you you'll be sitting for at least 5 to 10 minutes before they actually start taking your order. If you're busy the least you could do is come over the intercom and say I'll be with you shortly. Yesterday specifically NO ONE ever said anything I sat there for awhile as did the car in front of me. The car in front also went up to the window and the girl inside with black dreads/braids didn't even come to the window EVER. This is the worst fast food place I've ever been to.

The one positive to this location is that it has been the one consistent thing in my life. For 20 years, this location has been sad, with sad food, and sad people. It's fast food so I'm not expecting gourmet food, it just never meets standard fast food quality. They also charge you per sauce, even for one per item.I recommend coming here if you want a new consistent item in your life for 20+ years and to pay 20 cents for sauce. One star because the zesty sauce was awesome.

Hey big bearded man working the drive thru. I know fast food jobs suck, but you applied here so why don’t you put a smile on your face and be polite instead of making it known you hate your life and job and want to punch every customer in the face. You are rude. Ignorant. And don’t care how you respond to people. Again, we are customers and you are the employee. If I’m being respectful I expect it in return. The demeanor of this whole place is just cringe.

The manger Ashley is very rude wouldn't allow my son to pick up our food in lobby and he had my phone to show the on line order. Said kids ain't allowed to pick up door dash. So even after I went in to clarify it's not door dash she still refused to send my kid with the food. So I went back in and she tried to keep my food and not give it some sweet kids have me my food.

This burger king have became the worst burger king of all. The service is terrible. They mess up and don't want to fix it. Even if you have proof that it is their fault,And not yours.I ordered bacon on my sandwich. It is on my receipt. I get Home. There's no bacon on my sandwich after I took a my first bite. Bacon is expensive. So of course I take it back up there. I politely ask if they can remake my sandwich and add bacon. They said no and just gave me some bacon. I told them my sound is now cold I cannot add bacon to a cold sandwich. I asked to speak to the manager they said she was busy. I said I really need to talk to her. And she told them to tell me that she's not coming up to the front. She's busy just take the bacon and leave now. So I just put the bacon on my cold sandwich and ate it, because I have no more money, I didn't want to starve .?
Went thru the drive thru again Friday night about 10:30. Several cars in line. Waited a long time to get though only to find that they were closed. Would have been nice to have a sign up or something. Thinking they may be permanently closed.Went thru the drive-thru at 11:15pm Thursday evening.Supposedly they are open until midnight. Waited forever....drove the car back and forth to trigger the ringer. Guy said he would be right with me. Waited a lot longer and he never helped me. There was one car in front of me. I backed out of the drive-thru and left. I was very hungry. Guess no food for me. Everything else was closed.
