These guys are clearly over worked and understaffed, we put in an order at 9:16 and waited an hour with no update before showing up in person. As soon as we got there they expedited our order and were very polite, some other girls in line had the same issue as we did.

Just god awful. Food never left the "prep" stage. Tried to call the store, no answer. Tried to call corporate, the robot said to call the store.
Cant even get a refund to get something else.

Dominos isnt even that good.

If I could leave no stars I most definitely would, Richard delivered our food tonight, DOESNT CARRY CHANGE on a CASH ORDER. I swear people don’t read anything nowadays. He expected a $20 tip instead of having CHANGE like NORMAL DRIVERS. my god will I NEVER order from here again and from the looks of it neither will a lot of others.

Paid for a deal where I got two items for 6.99 each. However, my pasta was entirely missing the tomatoes I ordered, and both that and my pizza barely had any feta on them, despite me paying 2.00 above the deal price for that ingredient. First and likely last time that I visit this location.

This store needs to be reviewed by corporate. Made the mistake of ordering tonight and they missed an entire pizza on delivery. 30 minutes on the phone to resolve and they will not pick up, still no human to resolve. It is clear how this store has earned such a low rating and I will never bother with them again, better options in Gladstone on every front.

I paid for a salad and chicken wings. I got the chicken wings and I didn’t get the salad.It was 01/26/2025, and a worker on the name of Tri told me if he gave me my money it will be short on the money. I asked him to cancel it and said “No”I said I just want salad nothing else. Tri told me to call the next day to get my money from the manager. I have been calling every day nobody answered yet.This is unprofessional and ghetto.

I normally order from here, but this will be the last time. We got someone else's order. I called to get it resolved and sat on the phone for 47 minutes with finally hanging up. I get they are busy with this being a chiefs game, but I ordered when the game just started. This is unacceptable and there goes $30 down the drain. Do better Dominos and answer your phone!

I’ve been going to this dominos for awhile now and I always love the food. But recently every time I go in there it’s been a horrible experience. I even talked to a lady who worked there she was so sweet and remade my food but the other guy did not he was so mean and didn’t want to help. She had orders on the screen backing up and she asked for help and he said no and went back to being on he’s phone. This store does NOT care about there employees and it’s sad to see how the gm treats them. I can see she only cares about money and not the respect of being a gm. I tried to go to a dm named Paul but he was no help at all. I feel bad for the good coworker that helped me and was sweet. Working at a place like this and don’t worry I won’t be eating at this dominos anymore they have lost a customer.

Sent wrong pizzas. Have been on hold for more than 20 minutes and they won't answer their phone so I can't even get new pizzas. Opening a chargeback against them.

Placed order online at 12:15am. Received auto text msg stating order received. Got close and checked website status. It said "cancelled". Called to ask why, guy said "I always close at 12." Website said open until 1am. It was too late to order from Pizza Hut. I tried. Ruined plans. No place open. They had my phone # and could have called at least. Lazy employees closed early probably.
