Ordered a pizza online like I always do from this location when we first moved here 3 years ago the place was great we washed it go downhill tonight was the last straw never going back not only did I have to wait at the window for 25 minutes for my order then I got a cold pizza that was burnt and a double order a parmesan bites instead of my garlic bites I ordered one of each that's why everything else was cold and nasty because then they had to recook it because they gave my order of garlic bread to somebody else it was a nightmare going to find a new location probably a pizza place all together no more Domino's headache

Ordered (delivery) online paid pizza. Order never came.

ordered a delivery 45min ago. It was marked completed but failed to arrived. Called the store and hung up after 10min of being on hold, and not being able to reach an employee. This place robbed me of $30, and the opportunity to get food elsewhere due to the time wasted.

Didn't know that the seasoning on the chicken now has either pepper or a different sort of spice, which upsets my intestines long after even just a small amount consumed. Going to have to keep that in mind and either ask for the chicken not have their seasoning or abstain from anything that has that seasoning on it.

I haven’t been to this one in a very long time because when I gave them a shot when they were doing $5 pizzas, I ordered extra sauce but when I showed up I got lectured on food cost and that if I’m paying for a $5 pizza, then I’m getting a $5 pizza. If you want to promote your business, don’t scale down your product because that counters your promotion because you are no longer promoting your product then. I was told that if I wanted a better pizza to pay full price. This is not a recent review, I’m sure all of the staff has been overturned over that time, but this is consistent with any time I have had pizza from them. Knowledge about customer perceptions over the history is important in restructuring company values.

I think the past 5 times I’ve ordered from here there has been a problem. Sometimes I’m missing items, sometimes it takes over and hour, and tonight my order tracker told me it was ready and when I arrive they haven’t even started it yet (40 minutes after I order it). I’m pretty much done with dominos after this. I guess no one really can out pizza the hut.

Really like the thin crust pizza. Love the coupon options. Workers are always nice and friendly. It's just a pick up place. No dinning option.

Weigh service, very bad attention from the lady who was on the night shift, my wife issued an order at 11:25 and when we went she canceled the order and said in a very bad way that they were already closed, I treated us super badly even though my wife was pregnant, we did not call the police because of the scandal that armed us because my wife felt bad and even so the woman was still talking in a tremendous bad way, they should check the cameras and verify that everything I say is true and take action with She who does not know how to treat the public.

I just placed an order at 11:25 pm at the Gladstone Domain and when I came to pick it up they canceled the order and told me that the long-haired blonde lady had already closed when it wasn't even 12:00 am which is the time the establishment says it closes, even though I was pregnant, she mistreated me tremendously, she made a huge scene and turned off all the lights and told me to leave even though it wasn't closing time, I hope they check the cameras and fire her because that's not the correct way to treat the public, especially since I'm pregnant, how vulgar, how disrespectful, even the coworker who worked with her told me that what she was doing was very wrong, I didn't call the police because my husband told me to leave because I didn't feel well, but I should have called her because I'm sure she was going to get into a huge problem

If I could rate no stars I would. Was quoted on the app for 20 minute delivery. An hour later I go to the store to ask questions for the ‘manager’ and he’s on his cellphone phone ignoring me. After I asked him what the deal was he hands me lukewarm pizza and fights with me about being refunded. Please save yourself the headache go to a different dominos. I really wish I would have.
