I have came here a few times in the last week and I have not had issues with any drinks. I ordered the same drink today that I have got a few times and it was so gross. I called up there to ask them to remake 2 drinks that was both gross. A manager said we need to have the receipt, I called back and spoke to someone else and advised they never gave us a receipt. The associate said to bring the drinks and the receipt on the drink its good enough. When my husband went up to switch our coffees the manager (female) did not get her name, said we need to have a receipt and whoever we spoke to wasn’t a manager so they can’t say that the drink sticker would be enough. After she argued with my husband, he explained that the coffee is bland, has no flavor tastes like black coffee on ice. She said we should have added sugar and stuff when we ordered it, if we wanted it to be sweet. Remember I have got this drink 3 times and it has never tasted this gross. I never had to add extra stuff to it. I got a cookie butter cold brew, supposed to have cold foam on top and cookie pieces, cookie pieces was all on the bottom of my cup and even the new drinks are gross. Very rude and waste of our time and money.

Ordered through app, arrived at drive thru to be told none of the food I ordered was available. Was offered substitute, but nothing comparable to what was ordered. Lady at drive thru was nasty and unhelpful, requested full refund and left with nothing.

Just had an employee make my day. Didn’t catch her name but she was young with lots of lip rings. I tried to order something that is out of season. I ended up ordering something similar, but when I got to the window, she popped her head out and asked if I wanted the foam that comes from that drink. I said yes, and it just made my day that she overheard my order and took the time to give me what I wanted. Thanks ❤️❤️❤️ Side note, the hashbrowns taste like soap. I order them every few months to see if the problem is fixed but it isn’t. Some locations have this problem based on googling, like the liners aren’t getting cleaned regularly or the cleaner is left on a tray or something. It’s so gross. Taste your hashbrowns. Soap/chemical-y flavor. Pls and thx.

Honestly? Been coming here in and off for awhile, since 2020 more regularly back then, this place has gone to hell. At first it was things where mostly correct, fairly often things would be messed up, but the biggest issue was the stuff with horrible attitudes I mean from the beginning of your interaction, they just where awful, spoke to a manager once because this one employee would snatch card speak disrespectfully and and literally threw my food into my car while I was tucking my card back into my wallet and shoved my drink into my hand, the manager proceeded to agree this wasn’t a issue I wasn’t even mad or rude to her explained in a normal voice that sorta behavior would lose them customers., didn’t return for a while after that one. Came back maybe six months later and either got someone else’s order or they just messed up that bad. So here we are like a year and half later driving to the airport need some caffeine before I pick up my friend, show up a hour and a half after they opened, no response on intercom, okay try to go inside, doors locked, okay, wait 10 minutes, pull back through. “Hello?”
“Oh we’re not open right now”
“Yall were supposed to open at 430?”
“Yeah well we’re opening late”
Funnily enough this was actually the THIRD Dunkin today I went too that was not open on time.
Won’t ever be returning to this location and honestly may be just taking my business to Starbucks I rarely have issues there.

I ordered 2 orders of everything bagel bites a week ago at the drive through Gladstone Mo location. When i got to the window there was only 1 order in the bag. I told the girl at the window there was only 1 order in the bag and she started to discuss with someone. I handed her the bag so she could see there was only 1 order. After discussion with someone else she hurriedly handed the bag back to me and said ‘I don’t know what happened’. This week when I looked at my charge card they charged me for 2 orders and another single order. I would dispute the charge but it was less than $4. So not worth it. Won’t be going back.
