Lady at the counter is rude and tell me to leave the store just because I was asking why I can’t pickup via drive thru. I’m told to leave for ask a question. Last couple times I never had a problem picking order up. Bad service

I tried hot Cold Brew midnight extra large coffee with 2 creams and toasted almond shot. I don't like sweet coffee at all, but the earthy Cold Brew, with two creams plus a pop of unsweetened flavor of toasted almond will undoubtedly sing that morning siren's song to lure me into DD Cold Brew lair again.

Every time I go into this location the staff is AMAZING.. very nice and smiles on their faces. I’m used to going to locations and tipping the staff and I was a palled to hear that they are no longer able to take tips. The stuff don’t make a lot of money and I should be able to based on my service be able to give a tip to a staff member or staff that have done amazing customer service. This is not right.

They may advertise their dozen donuts box in front of their their drive thru menu, but they have downright awful service if you actually order them. Donut quality was fine, but the wake up wraps tasted like bleach? I guess at least I know it was clean?

The drive through line frequently seeps out onto Antioch because service is so slow. This location also keeps the lobby closed more often then not, for seemingly no reason. Especially when you can order for yourself on the digital menu. And they will never acknowledge your knocking at the door. This is the worst dunkin in KC.

Been waiting for a call fromSomeone to give us a refund for the THREE DOZEN DONUTS I paid for on the app, for over a month now. Looks like they have horrible customer service and a horrible owner. Shame on this entire company. I hope you shut down soon.

Never again hashbrowns were soggy probably yesterday's food. Hashbrowns were burnt cooked in old grease. Sourdough sausage and egg and bread was burnt around the edges clearly overcooked. Donuts dough is clearly old not soft at all. All the food seemed to be yesterday's

Been here several times. I’ve seen racist treatment of customers. I’ve been given the wrong order. Often takes 30 minutes to process a mobile order placed in advance. Worst Dunkin in America.

Restaurant is freezing was told for over 10 minutes my door dash order was being prepared and they were not even working on it. Ridiculously slow service and employees just kinda stood in the back and stared at me.

Took 42 min of waiting in the line in the morning, the doors were locked and you count go inside. I waited because once your in line you can’t get out and I just had a door dash.

Breakfast Croissant was dry and 1/3 did not have sandwich contents, hashbrowns tasted like it was cooked with previous day oil. Donut was dry. Service was lacking. Used kiosk but the receipt printed blank. Worker said they would be right with us (they were obviously stressed) and we had to just had to move to pick up line. Still no receipt after leaving. After sitting, noticed tables not cleaned and items on floor. Car got door dinged in parking lot. Obviously, will not be back.

Horrible staff.Walked in, door dings. Guy at counter never acknowledged that I'm there.Finally after 4 to 5 minutes of looking at him, he trakes my order.Charges me for ground coffee, then doesn't have any. Looks at me like what now.I ask for a refund, he doesn't know how to do it.Another lady scrambles thru the machine, finally gets refund done.I don't understand why you take my payment instantly, but I have to wait 2 to 3 days for refund.
