This is the best place you can go for Boba/Bubble Tea, and Macaroons. They have a large selection of items on their menu and I really like that you can choose the sweetness level. There is usually a 5-15 minute wait for your drink but it's because they are usually busy. Everyone loves this place!

Good drinks when done right. 50/50 shot on getting it right. Customer service is very poor. They sorta look at you like, what do you want. Rarely have i been greeted. They had a punch card system where if you bought 10 drinks you would get a free one. We have spent maybe a 1000 bucks here over the last few years maybe more. We were told that punch card system is over even though we had a free drink left. They could really have a good thing here. But isnt this the story of so many businesses now. No body wants to be there working and being broke.

I order online and they make it on a timely manner. The drinks are always so goood! I’m hooked on the matcha lemonade. This place is awesome when you. Have a hankering for boba or an Asian style drink.

I loved this place. The lady who took my order and was super nice. She gave me a list of recommendations and did not disappoint. They have the option to choose your level of sweetness for your beverages which is the best thing ever. My drinks were ready super fast I didn't even have to wait really. I had the fruit madness and it was absolutely delicious. It even had fresh fruit inside. The interior was super clean and the music gave a nice calming vibe. Definitely check it out if you're nearby!

Kid-friendliness: Such a nice place to grab refreshments with your kiddos they have desserts and snacks that kids would love.

Ordered 1 brown sugar boba milk tea. I sent my friend in to get them who’s never had boba. Charged me $13 for it and gave me 2 drinks when I ordered 1. Then refused to provide a refund as “all sales are final” ever thought the worker admitted he made it wrong. I see how this business tries to make money.

I came couple time and I was impressed by the taste of Taro tea. The last time my hubby got "Thai classic", its Thai tea. He said that has a very good flavor like from Thailand.

I love this place so much I never go anywhere else for boba in the city because they make it so well here. The pearls are always perfect, the portion sizes are awesome, and the staff are always so fast and friendly. I also prefer this location over Gocha 2 in Westport mainly because the quality of the drinks are better here and the wait isn't nearly as long on the weekends.

Kid-friendliness: Very friendly for kids, many things to get them even if they don't like boba!

The cashier messed up my order. This place is so money hungry & stingy that they refused to remake my drink, even though it wasn't my fault.
If you order, better double/triple check your order and hope THEY don't mess up. Because THEY don't take accountability. Never coming here again. :

PROs: Love coming here when I crave a boba or matcha tea! The staff are kind and quick preparing the orders. The drinks are great too. Indoor and outdoor seatings.
CONs: Since the pandemic they closed the restrooms to the customers.

I typically get the traditional chai bubble tea with the black bobo's tad are chewy. Only slightly sweet ordered. And a couple cookies. The cookies are always wonderful. My bubble tea is always great. Usually there's not much wait. I think it's a cute place with a cute atmosphere. The people are nice. I would give five stars for food but I've only gotten the cookies so I can't really go from there yet. And the service is usually good. No real complaints.

Parking: It's a very large parking lot. You will always find a spot. Just depends on how much you want to walk. Sometimes you are right up front other times. You're only one row away so no big deal.
