I had a very unprofessional and rude experience at your boba bar when I attempted to place an order, you're workers were laughing and giggling, then they got the order wrong and they assumed that I was the one. So they put blame on me. So, then I ordered another drink. Even though it was the worker's fault. There's no apologies given, no thank you for your service. Nothing it was just nastiness, and just very unprofessional, and I just feel like i've been taking advantage of.

The staff are so RUDE RUDE RUDE.. they were giggling when I placed the order. And then when they got the order wrong, they assume that I ordered it incorrectly. I know for a fact that i dont oder the wrong drink because i can't drink caffeine. Then I ordered another two boba, and even after that, there was no apologies. They're giggling while I was trying to place an order came across very unprofessional, and rude.

Ever since the GoCha in Westport closed, I've been going to the GoCha on Shawnee Mission Pkwy. I decided to try the one in Gladstone, not due to any problems with the SM Pkwy location, just yo switch things up. It was larger but had the same number of seating options. The staff were friendly and, despite a packed shop, got my order out in a timely fashion. I was a very good experience!

i got the mango strawberry smoothie with mango popping boba and it was a solid 10/10! the tiramisu with bananas was the star of the show! the strawberry Dubai was pretty good as well! definitely recommend going!

Amazing drinks!

First time here! I didn’t even know this place existed until yesterday! So, I broke my 18 hour fast with the choco-cado smoothie. Once I finished my smoothie, I had to rush out of a meeting and leave work because I began to feel extremely nauseous and dizzy. I spent the evening sick in bed!!! Something in the smoothie was bad/soured because I don’t have any food allergies related to the ingredients in this smoothie!! Never going back!

Loved the service and the flavor is amazing! I normally like a Thai milk tea and most places make it too sweet, but they have such a great range of sweetness levels!

Very rude customer service. And also takes 20 minutes for two drinks even when youre the only person in the building very slow.

I’ve been to this cafe a couple times over the years and always seem to get a mediocre drink. The service is nice and they’re kind but their drinks are always lackluster and forgettable. The photo I attached is the strawberry milk tea with tapioca and it was a separated mess. When I was handed the drink it was already separating and tasted as if you were drinking creamed water (that’s exactly what it is). I would have thought a milk tea would be made with milk, and yes it’s my fault for not looking closely at the description that it was dairy free and made with cream. They definitely need to tweak their recipe cause if I was dairy free I’d definitely not want to drink this separated mess. $7 went into the trash. The last time I came, the strawberry matcha was good tasted rich of matcha but wasn’t sweet enough (I got 50%). Definitely if you come here avoid the milk teas and just get a blended drink if you’re dairy free or a milk alternative.

​We were craving a sweet treat after dinner at Lotus Hotpot and decided to give this place a try. They had a new menu item, the Hong Kong Milk Tea, which was okay. I ordered it at 50% sweetness, which allowed me to taste more of the tea. The wait was minimal, and the staff were friendly. They have some cute wall decorations for those wanting to take a selfie. They also had some to-go Asian items, which looked good.

Not as good as it used to be. The quality has declined since the new owner took over.

I love to get drinks here! They are so nice and helpful. One time, I wanted to drink something different than my usual chai, I got the lavender with aloe Vera, and it was so good!. My daughter and husband love their smoothies. I recommend it 100 percent.

I was going to let it go, but the more I thought about it, I feel like it was a very deliberate and weird thing to do. I didn't get boba. I got a solid piece of jelly tossed into the bottom of my cup. I can only assume the worker did not like me, for some reason.

Hot mung bean tea latte is the bomb!!!
