I was on the way to my dentist appointment when I decided to get some boba. I ordered the brown sugar boba, with 50% sweetness . The first sip was disgustingly sweet, with no hint of tea at all. I called 2-3 times, but no one answered the phone. After my dentist appointment, I headed back and asked for it to be remade. You know what they said? “All sales are final”. What a joke. They made a mistake, yet couldn’t man up to fix it.

Because of the customer service we receive every time we go into this establishment, we will forever be customers (forget Dragonfly). That young man deserves a raise and a promotion (he is very personable, professional and creates a unique experience)! Oh, and the drinks are amazing ?

Came back to edit my review, perhaps the owner had changed.Reward program is not genuine, finally made it to 10 drinks only to realize we have to pay an additional $0.65.Took my order incorrectly, didn't apologize and wouldn't honor it. Made us pay for the additional charges TWICE.Tables were dirty, atmosphere quality had gone way down.The shop owner is stingy to the core. Very disappointed with the service we received. The drinks are still delicious.

One of the better boba/milk tea places up north that's not outrageously priced! usually love the brown sugar milk Boba or the taro & these ladies make them great every time I've been in. I do wish they had smaller sizes as my kids love to grab a smoothie when they come with me but a minor flaw. Worth a try!

I love this place!! I had their rose bubble tea with strawberry popping pearls and it was sooo tasty! I got 75% sweet and it was still VERY sweet, I'd probably go 50% next time. I also really really love that they have a symbol next to drinks that have caffeine in them! I have a caffeine allergy so it made me unreasonably (or maybe extremely reasonably) excited to see, I can't wait to try many other drinks here!!

This is the boba place that I just keep coming back to! My partner LOVES boba and so we've been to quite a few places in KC. This one is without a doubt our favorite. There's a huge array of options that are so creative! We truthfully don't opt for the original boba here very often and like getting some concoction haha. Our favorite is the brown sugar creme brulee with egg pudding instead of boba! I've also had the matcha lemonade and it was so refreshing and yummy! Not really a spot we really hang out in--they did just add more tables though. I think the Westport location has better seating. I've gotten the macarons and they were delicious (relatively fresh). Worth making a stop in little Saigon to try and getting some yummy pho while here too as there are lots of other Vietnamese food places next door!
