Monday around three twenty I ordered a single chicken dinner to have this evening. I’m not sure how old the Chicken was before it was cooked but the batter was as hard as a rock plus trying to remove it to get to the meat was an operation in its self. Dried out. I very seldom complain but thought this should be brought to your attention.

You need to seriously repave the parking lot before someone gets hurt. It also looks ghetto and has been bad at least 5 yrs now. The front of my car fell deep in a hole. If someone was to step in that during rain, there'd be issues on your end. I saw older people in the lot. You need to care more.

Expired cheese 😳 3 months past its date. It tasted strange so my daughter checked the date. Not something I'd expect out of Hyvee. Prices are higher than other stores but its nice to shop where its not an overstimulating environment. People are nice and store is clean.

I don’t usually post reviews, but feel this needs mentioning. Because I had a sick family member I decided to order the Christmas dinner for four. This was a mistake. The turkey was slimy and not tasty. The sides were like slop and had no flavor. We ate a few bites and then made sandwiches. The rest of the meal went in the trash today. I thought HyVee of all places would put more effort into the meal rather than just serve grab and go sides. I won’t make that mistake again. Very disappointed

Great food, great pharmacy. Always a helpful smile in every aisle. lol. But actually, anytime you need help, You need to ask an employee they will take the time usually to walk you to where they are, if they are busy they'll tell you where they are.

Absolutely terrible service. Went in at 4pm, they only had one bottle of Dr Pepper on the shelf. Went to the service desk to ask if there was more and the girl mouthed something in annoyance and started saying they were soo busy today and was rolling her eyes at me. Sorry I wanted to give your company my money. Won’t happen again.
