Simply WOW. How does this place still have customers. The management was highly rude and disrespectful. Told to come back around that my mobile order was still cooking. Came back around to be told they “ain’t got no dark meat ready for my order; but you can have breast & wing or wait for us to drop your order” !!!!! I was dumbfounded, “Or you can wait for us to drop your order”? What happened to the food supposedly still cooking for my order.
Then the chicken given was not cooked right (slimy skin), fires old and cold, and drink was flat. SMH

This place is very nasty, you have employees who comes out the restroom without washing hands and going straight to serve food, then you have a manager who is cleaning with chemicals, and not washing her hands and serving food.

Spent $60.00 on 2 fill up box that looked like the food was just thrown in the boxes. The biscuits half done. The chicken looked and tasted old. Then I had ordered 5 single sides, they were dry. My last $60 to feed my family and we'd have been better off digging in the trash. I've always loved kfc but this was the most disappointing meal I've ever had from them.

Went to the drive thru and ordered two chicken little sandwiches for a snack. Paid at the window and had to pull around front and wait ten minutes for my order. Only one other car waiting for their order also. Too slow for FAST food

Chicken was burnt and odd pieces. Staff was rude. Said that they would bring our food outside to us. After 10 minutes, I went in and the food was sitting there, just waiting to be delivered. Will NOT ever go here again!
