I ordered lunch thru the drive thru. I got home only to find our Pepsi’s tasted like carbonated water. Nothing worse than to take a big drink expecting Pepsi and getting nasty carbonated water. Don’t try to call them because they refuse to answer their phone and they are not close enough to go back to get a fresh one. Think I will drive a little further to get what I pay for.

I ordered the pot pie meal the drink, pot pie and apple poppers after pulling up to the window I ask about the coupons to help big brother big sister the window attendant didn’t know anything about it the manager was frustrated and was like what do you mean? The window attendant handed me the pot pie not the drink I asked for the drink at the window he didn’t know if they had an iced tea and lemonade I finally said do you have ice yea he says yes I asked if they had lemonade he says yes I said just mix the two together ughh the I look in the box/bag not apple poppers the manager then comes to the window and says did you order it I say no it’s the special isn’t it she then tells me oh well just pull up and wait it takes three minutes so you don’t know your menu I now have to wait really I said never mind and leave. I would leave a half star or none they need to do better MANAGER know your menu

Ordered an Uber delivery. The driver literally went to the store and came straight to my house which was less then 10 minutes. Yes I could have gone and gotten it myself but I was too tired after work. KFC has gone downhill. They forgot one of my drinks. The drink they did give me tasted like seltzer with food coloring in. The chicken was weirdly hard and slimy. The coleslaw was almost hot and the mashed potatoes was pretty much just a bowl of gravy with a bite of mashed potatoes. The Uber driver felt bad even though it was not her fault that KFC forgot some of my items and went out of her way to get pop for our order. I called KFC and the excuses I got from them was: 1.) The coleslaw isn't hot. It's temping at 39 degrees in our fridge. (Um you're temping it while it's in a fridge and my house is 7 minutes from your store). 2.) We've been slow all day and nobody checked or changed out the soda syrup and the syrup is out and hasn't been changed all day. (If you're slow shouldn't you be checking to make sure items are stocked and swapped out before the next shift?) 3.)We've been too busy doing orders to make food fresh. (Um are you serving refried old chicken? Chicken skin shouldn't be stretchy after it's been fried unless it's old and if you're that busy shouldn't you be serving fresher food and not old food?).

Stopped in for lunch and the young man behind the counter was hitting his vape at the counter and exhaled right in my face! This isn’t the first time we’ve had terrible service at the Antioch location. Thought we would give it another chance and nope! Will NOT be going back. Last time we were told the service was so bad because they were short staffed.

There was only one person to run the drive-thru and the counter, so we had quite a wait, as they were focusing on the drive-thru and ignoring the counter. They finally asked everyone at the counter if they were picking up or ordering. We were all picking up. They ignored my son and I at the front of the line to serve the white people behind us and then gave us our order. There were no napkins,, utensils or condiments in the bag.

The cashier was sweet! They were out of sweet tea so he offered for me to wait and give it to me for me if I parked. Sandra told him he needed to pay for it. Poor guy used his own money for my drink. Meanwhile the rule follower Sandra used her car to drive around the drive through at least 10 times I'm guessing to help the time for drive thru. She was not nice to the employees. The food was fresh though.

There was a ginger dude there who messed another costumer out on accident and he got a littie mad which I understand but he said sorry to us even tho it wasn't us and he gave us two free sodas and even mad he still was under control and gave us great service ! I never got his name but if yall find him give him a raise!

The last several times we have gone here the chicken is extremely dry and the sides taste really old and gross. I keep trying to give them another chance every few months or so but it's the same everytime. I am finally done. We will not be back this time. I really wish someone would notice the issues with the food and do something to help because my kids love KFC. But definitely not this location!
I picked up my mobile order but I swear the kid sat it down and ran so fast to the back and didn't even say have a good day or anything... Just ran. You need more than 2 people working on a Saturday.

Terrible seems to be the norm for North Antioch Gladstone KFC location. Should close the doors and stop selling garbage disguised as chicken. Dried out, broken pieces... Don't waste your time or money at this place!

Chicken is consistently undercooked, wet and slimy I literally have to ask for pieces that are not wet to get a decent batch... Today while picking up a large order they had to remake a few items and it took me a total of about 30 minutes total wait for them to fix everything on a mobile order so sick of it
