The last several times we have gone here the chicken is extremely dry and the sides taste really old and gross. I keep trying to give them another chance every few months or so but it's the same everytime. I am finally done. We will not be back this time. I really wish someone would notice the issues with the food and do something to help because my kids love KFC. But definitely not this location!

I picked up my mobile order but I swear the kid sat it down and ran so fast to the back and didn't even say have a good day or anything... Just ran. You need more than 2 people working on a Saturday.

Terrible seems to be the norm for North Antioch Gladstone KFC location. Should close the doors and stop selling garbage disguised as chicken. Dried out, broken pieces... Don't waste your time or money at this place!

Chicken is consistently undercooked, wet and slimy I literally have to ask for pieces that are not wet to get a decent batch... Today while picking up a large order they had to remake a few items and it took me a total of about 30 minutes total wait for them to fix everything on a mobile order so sick of it

They are so nice and their food is good but every single time something's wrong with the order. I just went through and got the chicken strips with the biscuit and the french fries. French fry containers have full. There's no better no honey sauce for the biscuit. The whole idea was chicken is the wonderful biscuit with the butter and honey. I tried to call the Kentucky fried Chicken that I just went through and they will not answer the phone. I'm not very happy.

We ordered off the app for pick up last night, getting the 8 piece bucket for $10 deal, 3 biscuits, and a chocolate cake. You could tell the chicken had been sitting, and it was lukewarm. My daughter outright refused to eat it. The biscuits were like hockey pucks, and there were no butter or honey packets. We definitely won't order here again.

I don’t know who to get into contact with, but Uber won’t help me and they say that it’s the restaurant that needs to but the food that I received today even though I live not too far from here the guy the Uber driver picked it up and came straight to my house yet my food was soggy and ice cold. The chicken had no flavor and the fries were so overcooked that I had to not and pull at them to break them in half and they were also extremely salty. The mac & cheese was dried out slightly and ice cold, mashed potatoes and gravy or ice cold and the biscuits were like room temperature with the timeframe that they were Preparing the food The Uber driver got there before the food was being prepared and then he drove straight to my house after he picked it up, so there shouldn’t be a reason why my food is cold! I want my money back! I spoke to Uber and they said they can’t do anything about This what do I do? Do I talk to a manager or like do I just request my money back like what do I do because I’ve never been in this situation before because I didn’t pay for cold soggy overly salted fries and unflavored chicken!

Woman was rude. I waited a very long time to even be acknowledged in the store. To be told they don't have aaaanything I wanted to order. And she kept walking away from me while talking to me. She clearly did not want any customers at that time and I was a bother so I left and went to Church's. Lol

My food was very, very good so whoever cooked it in an amazing job I really wanna be able to leave a five star review somewhere but the people you have at the windows are so rude to customers. The girl and I had trouble hearing each other so I when I got to the window, I apologize for not being able to hear her properly And she made a point to let me know that she heard me because she listens if that’s true then why did I have to repeat myself Three times? And then a practically throw the bag of food acne with the snarky thanks after I said, have a nice day. I just don’t understand what happened to getting actual customer service.
