Little Caesars Pizza

General Manager is terrible. My order was incorrect. I called the store and spoke with a team member, who was very friendly and helpful. Said he would take care of the issue. Still the delivery was missing 2 of the 3 pizzas I ordered. Tried calling the store back and got routed to a call center, not the actual store. I then drove to the location to speak with someone and the gm told me she "did not have time to deal with this." Absolutely unacceptable. Thank god for the young man behind the counter, he was friendly and apologetic and gave me a full refund. This GM needs some training. Absolutely terrible attitude.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread combo and when I saw them put my order on a rack near the front instead of just putting it in the pizza portal where it would be warm and fresh. Had I known that was my order I wouldve went in but there was two other people so you never know. It took 15mins for them to put it in the portal and the pizza was barely warm. they had 2 people worki,g the front and couldnt put a pizza in the pizza portal. Also didnt say anything when I inquired about the lack of common sense

I ordered two different types of pizza and I get a duplicate of one pizza I payed more for the one I didn't get I proceeded to call them and no one answered the phone. I would like them to do something about this, at least refund my more expensive pizza since one can't be eaten because of allergies.

Went to try new puffs. They were pretty good, but smaller than I anticipated. I went in and used their to go machine (1st time it worked for me) & was neither greeted nor spoken to while i was inside. It was approaching closing time, & I saw @ least 1 guy back there. There were no other customers.

I have never received good customer service at this place. I have seen the employees fighting and no matter when I order online or tell the app order pick up time it is never ready.

I saw an ad for Little Caesars and thought I would give it a try. I ordered a pizza more then 2 hours ahead of pickup time. I went there right on time. The tiny little parking lot has about 10 parkings and I couldn't even find a spot. My pizza was 15 minutes late (even after I ordered way ahead). The pizza wasn't great (out of 10), the "crazy bread" bread sticks were soggy with strong garlic spray of some sort (0 out 10) Now I see why I haven't eaten there for 20 years.
