The staff was extremely rude disrespectful and unprofessional..the lead they call key treats customers and other employees terrible... I witnessed him sexually harassing a employee he was training.. if that's the type of people this business chooses to hire I would recommend no one spend money at this store

Great taste texture and temperature, which was hot right out of the oven just at the precise moment. It was not under or overcooked.

Your pizza doesn’t have much flavor as is, so I usually don’t purchase from you all. But against my better judgment, I decided to try the Sicilian pizza, thinking it would have a fair amount of pepperoni. I ended up with only six slices of pepperoni, and the pizza was terrible. I’m not upset about wasting five dollars — I’m upset that I wasted my gas.

That dude in the front gotta go. Dirt under the finger nails like you haven’t clipped in a year. Pray he ain’t touching food and if he is what is the GM doing about it. I’m good on this place till he’s outta there. Gone miss y’all’s convenience being up the street n all.

Horrible service, they made a full lobby of people wait for over an hour. They constantly messed up the order and gave people the wrong pizzas and they were yelling at each other the whole time. This happens every time go here, like the last 3 times. I don’t usually write reviews about places ever but this place is so consistently bad that I had to. That’s the last time I’m going here dude

Every time is a problem on this location, always understaff, takes like two hours to get a simple pizza, pour service they didn’t even apologize with any of the customers that was waiting on lane even before me. We literally can hear them on the back yelling and screaming. I try to give this location so many chances but every time is the same. Save your time and skip it.

Dont waste your time, a bunch of high school kids who have no idea what they're doing. Despicable, waste of money and time. Theres so many better pizza places in the northland. Dont count on ordering ahead either

Do not order delivery from this company. It goes through door dash and after a long wait. You won't get it. Someone else will get your food, and you'll have to wait 2 weeks for a refund to come back in your account. This is the third time I've had an issue with this specific little Caesars. And good luck getting anyone on the phone to help.

Ordered a large thin crust cheese pizza, n the 4 steak with cheese puffs. 11/02/2025. Omgeez those puffs are the bomb..Can't just eat 1, wow. I recommend trying them out. Delicious....

Guy at the register has been confused about orders the entire time; couldn't remember names and forgot orders. It was 50 minutes since I placed my order with nothing to show. I left without getting any food because I had to go to work; last money the restaurant will get ftom me.

Management needs to do a better job at staffing. These two young men are in here running this place by themselves and it is busy as hell. These young men are clearly stressed out and overwhelmed and that is not right im pretty sure they don't get paid enough for this and I honestly am not putting this on them but I waited over an hr for my order and that's unacceptable. I'm highly disappointed. Hot and Ready was extinct today!
