Super fun and chill place to kick back and eat your favorites. The sauce bar really kicks it up that extra notch.

This a-la-cart hot pot is a nice yet modern spot to sit down with friends or family. The food is good, and plenty of options on the menu for everyone taste. The service is not bad at all as they continue to improve with new staff.

It was my first visit to a restaurant like that, so I was confused about what to do. The food was fresh, and now that I know how to cook it, I'd probably have a better experience. There was only one person doing everything, so don't be impatient when you go. Once it slowed down, the server was really nice. I did get about three meals from the leftovers. I think adding a flyer on what to do at the tables would help us first-timers. The atmosphere was nice, big open restaurant. Loved the sauce bar.

This our first time trying hot pot and my fiancé and I loved it!!! They literally had the best crab rangoon I have ever eaten, the dumplings were fresh and sooo good. We didn’t get the memo that it’s all sharing portions so we ordered too much meat ? but it was fresh and tasted so good and the service was amazing!!! Highly highly highly recommended!!!

I learned about Lotus from a shared Instagram post. First of all, be hungry and be prepared to take time. This is not the kind of meal that you rush through. You enjoy it!Once you make your choices, add them to the broth and enjoy.

Unique fun dining experience sort of like fondue for Pho or Korean BBQ. Big pot of different broths & LOTS of choices about what to put in your Pho. Everything was fresh and tasty. Mushroom broth was delicious. Herbal broth was light. You cook it at your table. Loved the sauce bar!

Not the best hotpot, we spent about $40 per person on a mid experience. It was weird, some of the prices were reasonable (pork belly was good amount) but others were sooo overpriced (like the enoki, don’t get it, you get like nothing).I agree with everyone else, the service is terrible. We talked to someone twice our entire time there. We couldn’t flag down anyone to give us more water. The girl at the front counter looked and acted like she hated her life or hated being there, and to that I say, same girl. Also beware, the beef bulgogi was SO salty. Unbearably salty. We ended up cooking it all just to take it home so we can put it in stew later. The crab Rangoon was good though and the interior decoration is nice.If you want better food for less ($35 for hotpot+KBBQ), go to KPOT in Overland Park, it’s a drive but it’s way better than this.

A unique experience. You are brought the ingredients, and you cook it right there at the table. It's a fun place for a group of friends or family get together.

Had a nice dinner out with a big group (20+). Perfect for sharing.Only wish all the food came out at once for us to add into the soups. We did BBQ and hot pot and had a very nice time.Do not forget to order sauces.Vegetarian options: There are veg broths and ingredients for hot pot.

I would like to begin by saying my sister was the one who went to this place. I don't know enough about Hot Pots to give accurate reviews BUT what I do know is uncooked meat should never be placed with cooked food. They told my sister they only had one to-go box left and put the uncooked meat (beef/pork) on top of the cooked rice.We ended up throwing it out. I'm not interested in getting sick or letting anyone else get sick. I'm confused on how a restaurant runs out of to-go boxes and thinks "I should put this meat on this and send them on their way." That's how you end up sick. Aside from that. The food was fine in restaurant, as was the service. The employees seemed nice. I do know there's only a few people there. Nice little place but it does take time so if you're trying to stop in for a quick bite. Not the place.
