The manager was polite and professional, I give them on their turn around time in drive through. The food is usually amazing.
Unfortunately tonight the food was a disappointment. I ordered a mc double $5 biggie bag with a large dr pepper no ice, sandwich no ketchup (allergic to tomato and can't have anything tomato based) add Mac sauce. And sweet and sour for dipping sauce for my fries and nuggets. Told I need more salt in my diet so I do the small fry.
Got a tangy bbq sauce (no big deal maybe my roommate would enjoy it)
Fries had no salt and were cold
Sandwich luckily I seen the ketchup before even biting down...

Ordered a mcdouble, large sprite, medium fry (free from the app), sweet and sour and ranch. When I got to the window my order was more than the normal amount cause I always get this and I had to get change to cover the difference to this rude ass girl. I knew I should have asked for a receipt since she didnt offer and was tryna be quick abt everything. Doesnt even have my sauces, they mess stuff up every other time i go there.

Typical McDonald’s—has good days and bad but the customer service is always very friendly and makes things right when needed. I sometimes have issues with their curbside not recognizing check-in on the app, but they are always quick to make it right when they are made aware. Everyone needs to give more grace to fast food places/employees!

This new location my daughter simply loves it, she enjoys the convenience of no long waiting lines suring our visit. Only one occassion of them running out of ice cream for the sundaes.

It's not that service was bad it was just extremely slow via the drive-thru, I had to wait for two minutes for anyone to acknowledge me at the order box, and then wait ahain at the last window for my coffee (after receiving my food) for 6 more minutes. The food had to be nuked by the time I got it to the intended recipient.
