Waited 35 minutes for my food before giving up. I requested a refund and the employee up front was very passive aggressive. I left my reciept and asked for a refund to my card because I had to get back to work. Still have yet to receive my refund.

I was in the play area with my grandkids and just had one of the employees yell at a little girl to put on socks. Making her cry. Awful. It is one thing to reinforce the rules and another to make a little girl cry.

If you want to use the play area and eat inside. I guess use the drive thru to get your food first. Or allot 20-30 minutes to get your food despite little foot traffic. The good news is if you use drive through you’re absolute priority over all else. I’ll just bring my own food when we come to the play place. Seriously? 20-30 minutes!?

The girl served me the hamburger dropped on the floor. She drops it on the floor, she picks it up. Puts it back in the bag tries to hand it to me. Then I point it out that hey, I don't want the one on the floor walks off to where she thinks you can see her rewrap it, and then serves it back to me. Its gross
Tried to go to the drive- 10-5 minutes after 10:00. It says they're open until 11:00. Completely unresponsive at the drive-thru menu, drove around and saw people inside but unwilling to serve food.

Staff doesn't seem very friendly at all. Never acknowledge when you try to just say hey, how's your day goin. I don't expect a full fledge convo obviously. But dang at least speak back. Not sure if they keep having to train new employees allot but when asked questions they act they have no clue. Anyways foods usual decent when they get order right.
