Had me pull up to the waiting area in front of the drive thru where there was a car already parked before me. The car behind me in the drive thru pulls up to the window and gets their food immediately. The next car pulls up to wait behind me, boxing me in. Numerous times they kept bringing out the wrong order to the car in front of me before coming to my car with the orders that weren't mine either, and continuing down the line behind me with food nobody in line ordered. Eventually my food was brought out while the person in front of me still hadn't received their order. I checked my bag to make sure everything was there while I waited for the car in front to get their food. The sauce that I paid extra for wasn't in the bag so I went inside to get it. I was told they were out of it, but when I said I paid for the sauce someone was magically able to bring some out to me. Eventually the other car got their food so I was able to leave. Got home only to find out the three sandwiches I ordered were all made incorrectly. Apparently extra pickles means 0 or 1 pickle and no mayonnaise or ketchup means keep the mayonnaise and ketchup on it.Food: 1 for order accuracyService: 1 for customer prioritizationAtmosphere: 1 for drive thru layout

I'm at this McDonald's a lot as I live nearby. I love them. They somehow have the best McChickens out of any I've been to!Kid-friendliness: I wish they had a play place, but leaa McDonald's do these days.
They made my party of 12 clear play area for cleaning at 6pm on a Friday night and never reopened play area for our kids. They said someone got sick, but we never saw them clean inside climbing area. They put chairs on tables and cleaned floor, and closed for eve. Many of us had already started eating others were waiting on food. Had to gather food, shoes, jackets, kids, and all.We spent $100 on food but couldn't let our kids play. An hour later, they still did not reopen play area or clean climbing area. Only cleaned floors and shut it down.

Inconsistent always. Got home with my food only to find no patty in my Big Mac. So they raise their prices so high and don’t raise their quality of service. Won’t be back
