We order from here very regularly and it has always been very dependable and on time. Today is the first time that we ordered where the delivery was done by DoorDash. Predictably, the pizza is super late but the tracker said it was done 30 minutes ago. I’m expecting cold food at this point. I won’t be bothering with Papa John’s anymore since their timely delivery was the main reason we order from them.

Everything we got was surprisingly good. It wasn't the best pizza ever, but it hit the cravings we wanted.We got an epic stuffed crust with pepperoni. Meatball and salami were the toppings. It was a solid pizza.We also got the oreo papa bites and chicken bites. Both of these were good and overall good for the price ($5)The oreo bites were definitely the best part and the biggest surprise of the meal.I'm unsure about the customer service or atmosphere since we ordered pickup online. We didn't have any issues, though.Overall, the food was good for what we wanted ?

I was down on my luck in the gentleman's manager gave me a pizza. I love this Papa John's right here please eat from here the food is created and made with good energy from the employees thank you guys.

I walked in there and felt so bad. This cashier was mistreating a poor doordasher. He told her to get out of the store and that he didn’t know what she was doing there and she was banned. This woman did nothing wrong and was getting treated horribly. To anyone who is thinking about ordering from this location, stop by and see how disgusting the people who are making these pizzas are. They do not wear hairnets or gloves and have an overall horrible attitude. They all need to be retrained on hygiene and customer service. I’m surprised this place is still running. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I live an hour away from this location but it was the last location I placed an order to on my app and that’s what populated for my order this evening. When I called the store, I spoke with Jason who was fully understanding and friendly about my order going to the wrong location. I appreciated his understanding and his upbeat attitude because I was concerned/frustrated this would be a headache or even a loss on my part. Jason canceled my order with no issues and took care of me quickly. Jason, thank you for not making my frustrating situation worse, for your friendly attitude and for providing a wonderful customer experience. Next time we are in KC we will definitely be ordering from here again.

Wonderful how the manager Scotty is no help at all and very rude. Delivered a pizza with all the toppings slid to one side. Food was also cold. Definitely not using this place!!

From 4 stars to 1 star! I was a regular until a door dash delivery driver decided to snack on my toppings and papa johns never responded to me. Went from ordering weekly sometimes twice a week to absolute zero. Never again.

I walked in to get my food. I was so disappointed. The workers was working with dough and did not have gloves on. I didn't wanna cause a scene so I grabbed my pizzas and left. But it was nasty. I didn't touch the pizzas
