Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

The people here are very friendly and helpful. I was there on a Tuesday for their special prices. When it came time to pay, the cashier told me the amount which sounded correct. However, I questioned why it was not showing on the credit card machine. It was blank and they told me to tap in the middle. I was not real comfortable with charging a “blank check”. Another employee told me the amount was on the cash register window which was covered over with a sign hanging there. So I went ahead and tapped.

The total was in the mid $40s. Several tip options came up, with the lowest one being $6 and some change. It was erroneously labeled as 10%. 10% would have been around $4.50. I questioned that and they had no firm answer. (I suppose it was 10% on the non Tuesday special prices). I asked if I could fill in a custom amount and was told no. The employees were very friendly so I left the $6+ tip for them. The entire cash register experience seemed unsettling.

I can not recall if the two who made my pizzas put on gloves first. One was the cashier and the other came out of the back.

This is my favorite papa Murphys in KC I’ve always had great experiences with the employees! And my pizzas have never had a single issue.

This was an awesome visit to Papa Murphy's. The staff was quick, and so kind when I asked lots of questions about my pizza order. They even tried to make friendly conversation with me while they worked on my pizza!

Kevin is amazing!!! Go to the 72nd store and see him. He's got a very good personality and awesome smile. I certainly appreciate him accommodating my new gluten allergy and always asking me how I'm doing. I'm currently doing finals and he made everything less stressful per usual. Thanks Kevin, keep being YOU !

I love going to this Papa Murphy's because it's always so clean and smells great, the employees are so nice and welcoming, parking is right in front of the door, and my food is always neat, not thrown together or sloppy. Also, the pizza comes with easy instructions for multiple pizzas or just one so that we can enjoy some delicious pizza all at once. I highly recommend eating Papa Murphy's it is sooooo delicious!

They were very kind when I walked in. Super timely service.
My biggest complaint would be their parking lot is very hard to get out of.
Also had some app issues but I know that isn't a location issue.

Store very dirty store as well as counters. Ordered veg pizza specialty pizza. Out of onions, artichoke hearts, limited cheese. No mushrooms and no blended cheese. Hardly anything on it I normally get on it. Out of instructions so verbally told the temp and time. I still paid full price. Will not return to this. Out of everything and bins empty they take ingredients out of. Very bad experience.
