Atmosphere and food are great except that the service depends on the hours and days that small portions are noticeable. You come in beging of the day on the weekends portions are smaller than the rest of the week days. So, I believed it depends on the server to service. Adjustment should be taking care of ASAP.

I started with the Sweet Potato and Shrimp fries. I had envisioned like a loaded fry. Instead it was sliced sweet potatoes, breaded in tempura (which I wouldn't normally mind) 3 shrimp. It looked like it had all just been dropped in a fryer together because it came out one giant unseasoned gluey clump. I also ordered the brisket pho, the broth was the most bland broth I've experienced in pho and the brisket was super DRY. how does meat in broth remain dry??? For this experience I paid nearly $30 with tip. I'm new to town and trying to find my "pho place" this definitely isn't it.

This place is an experience! They always have decorations, and art on their chalk boards. I enjoy myself when I come here. The service is great and the pho is too good. Their salted lemonade is a delight! When I want a good bowl of pho, I come here.

Probably the best Pho I've ever had. And the service is incredible as well. Couldn't recommend any more highly.

I tried this place for the first time and the food is amazzzzzing. I loved how fast service was and everyone was so kind and welcoming!
I went to eat here for lunch with my 14 year old son. I got the bun Bo hue and let me tell you… I ate it all. Reminds me of my mom’s cooking. It made me so happy! Ugh I wanted to cry just eating it… it was so good.
Thank you for the great service and thank you for the food. It was phenomenal! ✨?

I go here as often as I can since the soup is so good! I went here with my grandma, I got rare steak pho with extra meat and she got meatball pho with egg noodles. I am going to be honest neither of us like the “meat balls”. They tasted like chicken gizzards. However the atmosphere, service and noodles made up for that 100%. The broth is so rich in flavor while the noodles are prepared to perfection. They give you quality ingredients to add in to your soup such as sprouts, jalapeños and cilantro. You can customize your soup with endless possibilities (all of which taste amazing). The service is pretty much unbeatable as the people here are very fast and friendly. Incase you want something other than Pho they serve a variety of different dishes here. They have chalk art on the walls that is incredibly unique, I’ve never seen another restaurant do this before! Everything was clean, well organized and accessible. I highly recommend this place to anyone whether you are a local wanting to try something different or if you are in need of a nice warm bowl filled to the brim with liquid comfort.

I just grabbed a banh-mi to go. I wish I had time to stay for a bowl of Pho.
The sandwich was good. I'd prefer a bit more protein since the sandwich was a bit pricey for its small size. I also asked for a Sprite but got a red Solo cup of tap water instead... Either way, I'd return to eat there again.

Pleasant casual atmosphere with lots of room. The service was very friendly and helpful. They had clearly labeled strictly vegetarian or vegan options and the staff seemed knowledgeable about them. The Pho Chay - Vegan Pho was great, the large was more than most people could reasonably eat in a sitting, although probably not two full servings. Broccoli, carrots, some sort of white root vegetable (parsnip?), noodles, fried tofu, and the usual basil, cilantro, lime, fried onion. A tasty slightly sweet broth. Definitely on par compared to other great Vietnamese places. The Mi Xao Chay - Stir Fried Vegan Noodle was good, simple with a light flavor. Stir fried thin noodles, fried tofu, and a little bit of broccoli. Maybe a hint of sweet and slightly salty, stir fried in an oil so it is slightly oily, but good.Bún Chay or Vermicelli, sadly they didn't have a cold vegetable Bún which you could order with peanut sauce instead of fish sauce - kind of a Vietnamese staple so hopefully they add an option one of these days.Located in an aging strip mall that could use some TLC, in Gladstone, but lots of space inside setup fairly nicely.Definitely worth visiting if you are in the area!
Vegetarian options: They have a few strictly vegetarian or vegan options, clearly labeled and the staff seems knowledgeable. The Pho was great, the noodle dish was good. I believe they also had a vegan stir fried rice. Sadly no Bún Chay or vegetable Vermicelli, but definitely worth visiting for the Pho.

The vegan pho, vegan fried rice and modified vegetarian bahn mi are all great. Just be careful because the vegan noodles are not vegan (egg noodles). Make sure to ask about everything you order and clarify what you don't eat when you order - there isn't really a word for "vegan" in Vietnamese, so sometimes vegetarian things ("chay") are labeled vegan when translated to English.
