This is a great Pizza Hut location!! The staff is knowledgeable, fast, efficient, and friendly. Had to go to this one versus one closer to my home (the Green Hills Road location) where the opposite is true – those people don't have a clue about what they're doing. Highly recommend the Gladstone location!

Pizza is really yummy, but the customer service is terrible. I went in the building to pick up two pizzas today and it took at least 10 minutes for somebody to come up to the counter and acknowledge me and the three other people there. You’d think when they hear the doorbell ring they would immediately go to the counter and help out the customer. I guess they had better things to be doing.

They will substitute dpugh typed wothout warning. Yes, they said they will refund my order.... But, when you order three pizza's to have leftovers your still left hosed 😞 because they sub without warning.... I rather of had hand tossed than square pan this pizza taste like garlic butter trash..... And, the racoons can eat it out my trashcan, as thats where its going......

Go ANYWHERE ELSE! We ordered food for the family on a snow day since we have all of the kids at home. We got a message that they came and knocked on the door three times and no one answered. There are 4 people sitting in the living room next to the door and NO ONE heard anyone knock. They either went to the wrong house or are just completely lying about even coming to the door. I called in and the woman that answered the phone was INCREDIBLY RUDE! Save your money and go to any of the other businesses in Gladstone.
