I ordered a pizza, wings, and a 2 liter of Pepsi THROUGH THE PIZZA HUT APP. I TIPPED $5. When it was delivered, there was no drink. I asked the delivery driver about it and he said "that's what they gave me". I asked for a receipt and he had nothing. Absolutely no attempt to help resolve the issue. I called the store and found out that pizza hut is using door dash to substitute delivery drivers without customers knowledge. In other words, I tipped $5 to a door dash driver who didn't give a care about making sure my order was right. So the customer loses in this scenario. Capitalism is ruining everything.

Door Dash driver stole our entire order and the store manager (sorry, didn’t catch name) made it right AND remade the order and was sure to deliver it with Pizza Hut drivers. Class act, Pizza Hut. Above and beyond. Door Dash—that was the last time.

Don’t expect your order to be out by the time you pick it up for carry out! I arrived at my quoted time, called multiple times finally got a ring informed them that I was there to pick up my curbside order and they told me it would be 5-10 more minutes… when i got the food, it was not hot and my wings had literally no sauce on them (I order bbq wings). when i tried to call again i didn’t get anyone to answer, finally when the woman was bringing out someone else’s order i was able to inform her of mine. She took my wings back inside came out maybe 2 minutes later stated that they were fresh out and they were not, if they were fresh out they would be hot, right? Lol wrong! This woman took my wings back in, poured bbq sauce on them and brought them right back out. Pure disappointment and disgusting behavior. If i could give 0 stars I totally would, do not go to this Pizza Hut!! It is not worth your frustration.

My pizza was made with the appropriate amount of sauce yesterday 8/8/23. Consistently, for probably the past year, this location barely put enough sauce on, so I was hesitant to order. However, yesterday it was perfect and the pizza tasted great!

I ordered a pizza, wings and 2 liter to be delivered to my elderly mother who is a shut-in. The driver had inadvertently forgot her soda. The store I called was extremely helpful to resolve this issue. The driver had realized his error and had already arrived at my mothers within 5 minutes of my phone call. I want to thank both employees for their kindness. They should be recognized for their exemplary performance and awarded accordingly.
